Looks like Paddies are NRNB on all Cheltenham races now. I’ve taken their Price Boosted 25/1 Appreciate It/Shishkin/Epatante treble.

Looks like the 8s has gone on Master Tommytucker, he is of interest and 7s is available in a place. However, it’s unlikely that he’ll be left to it at the sharp end of things if the likes of Imperial Aura & Aso hold their entries, and ultimately that’s when I think he’s most effective.

I have Riders in my Ten to Follow which honestly sums up how my squad has gone through that competition so far, he didn’t seem to be anywhere near fit at Cheltenham and prepared to put a line through that; 6s probably reflects the uncertainty of which version of him turns up. I’ll be tempted to wait to see if he’s still there come final decs before backing.

The top 2 in the market would be the right 2 for me but would certainly favour Mister Fisher at 5/2 over Imperial Aura 6/4.

Update on mine, some of the more promising looking ones were more down to a quick reaction after an impressive win (Zanahiyr, the Double & Treble, Next Destination) rather than any great foresight, but nevertheless happy with the position on a few of those mentioned.

As expected there are a couple that have gone the other way and look a bit daft in hindsight, as you come to expect with any Antepost book I guess. Subsequent races haven’t enhanced the position on these and will be happy to even get a run from Fusil Raffles, Summerville Boy and a couple of the others.

Fair point on the face of the bare form, but surely the price was what it was before yesterday because he’s notoriously hard to get onto the track, rather than doubts about his ability?

It makes sense to me that whilst he wasn’t electrifying yesterday, the fact that he made the track, came through it unscathed and ultimately beat what was in front of him will have built confidence that there’s not a big problem ahead of Cheltenham.
