I did wonder how snow managed 3rd in that race, the horse is group 3 at best or a handicapper. Then the news broke on the mix up what should not happen these days. O’Brien, why doesn’t that surprise me. Mother Earth came 3rd and Snowball came 8th. I hope O’Brien gets a big fine. What I don’t like about the man is that he said he doesn’t care about the punters, but without the punters there wouldn’t be any horse racing and O’Brien and his son’s would be out of a job. Back in the day you had Graham Bradley banned twice for being dodgy. I say no more.
Lucky I cashed out for no loss on Isabella Gills.
Frenchy the only time I saw Monday bomb was when Isabel Gills beat her 11L, Monday hasn’t run since then.
Method is being nicely supported, best price now 15/8, got some value again. Me thinks 5/4 the SP will be. Not an easy race but I have forgiven him his last run at Newmarket. With the drop in grade hopefully he can do the business this time.
I took a small bet on Isabella Giles 6/1.
FF this might help.
Both of Hannons horse’s declared.

Method 10/3. Can draw line under the last run where the saddle slipped forward and that was the end of his race.
Just read Logician is running Friday at York the re-scheduled Cumberland Lodge Stakes. No way would be able to get 11/8 for him on Friday. Bound to open at 4/6 or less.
I like the look of Spanish Mission in this race. Improving 4 yr old and is likely to get his ground for the race for the week leading up to the champions meeting looking dry. If Strad doesn’t run and I am sure Logician won’t after Gosden is looking at two other races before he is put away for the winter. I doubt the 12/1 will be around for too long.
Spanish Mission 12/1 on the nose.
Moved to Andrew Balding stables 14th August and seems to have improved for the move.
I laid Enable because I couldn’t see her winning on the heavy ground.
Well done winners.
Bookies refunding bets on O’Briens horses.
Jack I missed the race but wonderful tonight saved my day. The trainer was thinking of entering WT in the Arc but decided to stick with this race. Thanks everyone.
European weather radar is hard see if more rain will hit Newmarket.
Going soft this morning. Going stick 6.3 at 7am.
The rain is falling heavy here in London and has been all evening and this is right across the south of the country. It’s got to be heavy tomorrow at Newmarket and Ascot.
With O’brien’s horses might miss the Arc I feel sorry for the ante post backer.
