Nice work Jack, a few on here have had Saint ROI. I’ve missed the price so will wait till nearer the time.

JP could well have the first 2 in the betting come march.

Buver dair may well get a well earned retirement this season. Hope he proves me wrong and gives the youngsters a race.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion and that’s what makes this such an intriguing sport to follow. BUT I’ll be astounded if Goshen wins the champion hurdle. I doubt it will even line up. 6/1 is poor value

    Some good shouts on here

Bobbyjo I won a nice few quid on concertista this year at the festival but it has little chance of winning the champion hurdle IMHO.

The mares novice and Boodles are historoic really poor races for future winners.

Saint ROI, epatante and abracadabras seem the most likely at the moment.

Easy Game, Put the kettle on, Paloma Blue is my idea of the tricast.

more of a watching race then a betting race really.

Would have been nice to see how Chosen mate matched up against these but hey ho.

Looks like you had a good day yesterday Sam, nice few places.

There’s an interesting runner in the 16:20 called Heatstroke. He used to run in the Mrs Fitri Hay colours (green and pink). Rated 87 on the flat. Was with Nicky Henderson and won its maiden hurdle , then sold to Ireland. Hasn’t shown much since but he finished a head second to highly prized last year giving it 6 lbs (thats rated 145 now). The trainer and jockey records are very uninspiring. It will like the ground and may have a squeak at 66s – skybet 4 places.

    Very poor run from heatstroke

Yeah saw that about panther. Seemed to yoyo around after the 2 NRs as well. Don’t think it was ever in the shake up. Sometimes the market is right

Nice work Sam yep I held my breath as they hit the line. He travelled really nicely through the race. Hit 2/1 in running for the win. Definitely something to look forward too there

exactly Sam, there’s enough people out there “tipping” the favourite every race. The world certainly does not need any more of those

Indeed Sam, as you know when your playing the bigger price horses they ain’t going to win every other race. Much more fun and profitable than backing at odds on though.

    Keep the faith

Sigh of relief there for streets of doyden Sam. Think we both were on at listowel when it was NR in the end after being punted. Not much of a price today but a nice winner. Managed to match it at 12s in play so a decent win.

Thanks for your pointers this week Sam, Ur costalotmore topped a nice winning week at Listowel. Sadly I didn’t managed to flag any winners on here.

Was busy today and missed yours on here and the other judges who picked out the winner of the big race at Newmarket. Fair play to them.

Alas that’s the way it goes some times.

A nice win for winter escape today at Listowel, not sure how much more he has to give tho.
