As I’m so late shall just put forward BEYLERBEYI * for your consideration for an each way interest.
good luck to allSeptember 21, 2025 at 12:37 #1740466Sorry this being so late in posting but just couldn’t stop laughing at Labour’s latest cock up which we shouldn’t really as it could end up costing the country even more money and the taxpayer enriching foreign parts.Anyway shall just put forward CANON’S HOUSE * for your consideration as a each way prospect.
good luck to allSeptember 27, 2025 at 11:54 #1740711After a somewhat indifferent season the selection being put forward for your consideration finally got the give underfoot which to me suits her best and has come alive with back to back victories at Sandown and Ascot. On each occasion swooping fast and late WOOLHAMPTON *** cut down the leaders with a fine turn of foot recording career high numbers last time. With the form of those two races working out it gives every hope that this mare can at least gain a place,if you wish a e/w investment, but it would be remiss of me not to point out she can be tardy at the start and isn’t always well away from the gates.
good luck to allOctober 4, 2025 at 13:04 #1741157Unlike last season BEAUTIFUL DIAMOND has been given a very easy time of it.Made her seasonal bow at Newmarket during the Guineas meeting where the trainers rep explained at the time the ground to be unsuitable as the cause for her rather dismal run.Returned to the track at Ayr’s Western meeting and put up a quite scintillating display clocking career high numbers on ground similar to today’s underfoot conditions. She must hold every chance of following up running a similar race today.
good luck to allOctober 11, 2025 at 12:53 #1741737Just a quick posting to say I’m invested in the following two horses today
BINHAREER e/w running at York
FLETCHERS DREAM @ my local track this evening
good luck to allNovember 3, 2025 at 13:22 #1743733Been frustrated so many times of late but investing on Shisospicy in the Breeders Cup Turf Sprint was the lift I needed to look seriously again about investing on the horses.Fingers crossed connections will bring her back to these shores for something like the Kings Stand at Ascot.Today I’m looking at a horse who’s recent reappearance following over a year away looks overpriced and believe can outrun his current odds. This gelding first came to my attention when winning a Listed contest at this track back in 2022 when running his rivals ragged from the front.Although I don’t expect THE WIZARD OF EYE e/w to attempt that today his comeback run under new handler Tom Clover showed there’s still plenty of ability to be tapped.
good luck to allNovember 8, 2025 at 11:40 #1744090Probably been the worst season I’ve had in years and yet started off well, but my want of experimentation has done me no favours. However hoping to go out on the turf season on a successful note with REALIGN **.Following a couple of promising juvenile efforts the selection being put forward for your consideration easily won a ordinary Salisbury maiden on seasonal debut.Thought to be ‘chucked in’ by some on his handicap debut in the Palace of Holyroodhouse Stakes at Royal Ascot he never got involved but the drop to the minimum trip maybe not in his favour. After a disappointing run at Headquarters in a valuable heritage handicap he was gelded the same month.Reappearing in Sept he put up a career best performance traveling well on the heels of the leaders quickly putting the race to bed once a gap presented itself registering his best numbers to date.
good luck to allDecember 19, 2025 at 13:15 #1747963Been a while since I posted on this thread as I’ve given some thought as to how I wish to precede and with a clear strategy in mind believe it’s time to return to the fray. With the experimentation being put aside I now have two clear areas where I intend to concentrate.Using the numbers I’ve frequently alluded to in my scribbling here and the second will be sprints where a horse has shown a certain amount of authority or as Clive Holt would put it has shown progression or promise of better things to come.
We first go to Meydan for the Listed sprint where it’s although a shortish price the bin Suroor filly DUBAI TREASURE looks to hold strong claims getting weight from all her rivals. When last seen at Newmarket she fairly rattled home following a flying start registering numbers beyond anything achieved previously.Providing the filly’s fit enough she looks good for this and a successful season ahead.
good luck to allDecember 24, 2025 at 17:59 #1748420Anyone familiar with the work of Charles Dickens will know the story of ‘Scrooge’ as a seasonal offering from the writer whether or not you have read the book.
But how many of us take in the message?
I suppose it can be different things to all of us. However please allow me to say what I believe the message is and should be expressed. For myself it’s realizing that we can and should be better people.
MERRY CHRISTMMAS to allDecember 28, 2025 at 12:24 #1748837Hope one and all had an enjoyable Christmas & Boxing Days.
Scanning through the cards more in hope than expectation found ZIGGY’S TRITON e/w who won very nicely at today’s course earlier this month.Three of his top four RPR’s have been here.Although this will be harder especially given the weight hike I do believe he’s capable of building on that run and worth an each way bet.
good luck to allDecember 30, 2025 at 12:57 #1749099The outside draw will be difficult to overcome but providing one can get a e/w price that breaks even the summer import SAM’S XPRESS can make his presence felt in the final contest of the night at Dunstall Park.
good luck to allJanuary 1, 2026 at 11:22 #1749252Didn’t exactly cover myself with glory in 2025 recording a 20.65% overall loss on my personal stakes which I put down to too much experimenting. However for 2026 and beyond I intend to stick to the strategy as laid out in my post of 19th Dec. The figures for bets posted on this thread since its start are as follows.
Stakes £461.00 …. Returns £412.55 (calculated to a £1 win bet @ SP)
Although the above figures may be a tad unfair to myself given bigger odds may have been available for the horses in question and many ran to places as each way selections but believe the above method is the fairest way to judge my efforts.
I wish to take the opportunity to wish all my readers a HAPPY & PROSPEROUS 2026.
good luck to allJanuary 2, 2026 at 13:07 #1749352Kicking off the New Year in the sunshine of Meydan where I believe ENDLESS VICTORY can get the ball rolling and continue the progress he showed during 2025. Unsurprising for a late foal the selection being put forward for your consideration didn’t see a track until a 3yo when making his debut at my local track beating among others his more fancied stablemate readily and followed up at Newmarket before disappointing in a Listed event during the Guineas meeting. After a gelding op he was successful again from two outings improving on his previous form. His form at this track last year again was progressive on debut before producing a very under par effort next time out. Not seen again until Royal Ascot he put in a most encouraging run nearest at the finish but producing career high numbers at that time. He registered even better numbers next time when just run out of it under joint top weight and a similar effort today will see him go very close.
good luck to allJanuary 4, 2026 at 13:04 #1749541Endless Victory didn’t start the year as I had hoped fading rather tamely following a prominent run but I wouldn’t be writing him off just yet. With the weather putting paid to most racing today following yesterdays cancelations I have managed to find an interesting contender in OKAMI who had his first try over the minimum trip last time out winning with a degree of ease which suggests he’s not out of this contest despite the weight hike and think a place at least is on the cards.
good luck to allJanuary 10, 2026 at 11:45 #1749994Hoping to get back onto the winning track with ACCRUAL at Lingfield. This gelding being put forward for your consideration can be considered to be on the upgrade since going through the sales ring and switching stables late November.Following a blow out stable debut the selection has run consistently and been progressive in his performances and looks a contender here.
good luck to allJanuary 14, 2026 at 14:01 #1750441Apologies for the late post but think GOGO YUBARI is worth a small wager to continue the run.
good luck to allA slow start from the gates gave us little chance. (15 Jan)
January 17, 2026 at 11:54 #1750723As I’m late posting just a quick note to put forward ZOULU CHIEF for your consideration.
