At Newbury in the final contest of the day one which looks overpriced after winning readily at Musselburgh is the Hannon trained WHEELS OF FIRE e/w. Generally available at 16/1 this gelding made the running on his return setting things up for the closers but made no mistake 8 days later when going clear in the final half furlong putting daylight between him and his rivals. Since that race the 2nd won next time with the third also running well.

Today putting forward MAGNA for your consideration.

good luck to allMay 2, 2026 at 11:47 #1765600Apologies but don’t have the time available to do a proper write up so I’m putting forward these 3 horses for your consideration. All run at Newmarket and in chronological or we start with DOUBLE RUSH ***, then SOVERIEGN SPELL and finishing off with GAMRAI
good luck to allMay 8, 2026 at 11:51 #1766265Apologies for today being brief but pressed for time.
Have a couple of selections to put forward for your consideration, first out of the stalls will be ALVIN e/w who’s been running well of late but today faces a bit of a task due to his draw which I won’t play down because the effect it can have on the result. However I do believe at current odds this gelding merits a each way investment. Then we have to wait for the final race of the day at Dunstall Park where ENTER SANDMAN holds very definite chances of continuing the running run at decent odds.
good luck to allMay 15, 2026 at 13:25 #1766870Possible investments are thin on the ground at present but RAHIEBB in today’s feature race can give the favourite plenty to think about. While having but a single win to his name this colt has some very good form to say he’s in this on merit. To date his top numbers have been earned at the trip as he’s progressed up in distance so have his performances and this is where I believe the favourites vulnerabilities lie.
