Blind Dave try to call me out on the 3 miss rule last night. Unfortunate for him each time I fouled, trying to do a thin cut on a red and missing by the length of a fairyfly wasps pubic hair the cue ball wasn’t replaced, I just played the next shot from a similar position. He said it didn’t matter and I’d lose the frame? I hit it and potted it on my third attempt

April 10, 2025 at 18:45 #1726867I know its not Snooker but in the world of Pool Harriet Haynes has been banned from competing in ladies events by the EBPA, and is going to court to sue the governing body (I wont post a link, but google is your friend). Two Transgender players reached the final of the UK Women’s Pool champs last week, obviously not able to enter the USA events these days. Blimey will the ladies will go after the men’s comps now..
April 10, 2025 at 21:52 #1726876I see Mr Dott is 200/1 on a site, bad bookie..as I clicked through and there was no problem for them to take my money..Bad people in my mind. Obviously it was not placed..

No, because they would have zero chance of winning.
It was only a minor, rather obscure pool tournament, so it didn’t generate that much attention. I was going to say it will need a situation where two biological males who have been through male puberty reach the final of a significant womens event before people come to their senses. But given what occurred at last year’s Olympic Games, I am not so sure.
April 11, 2025 at 19:32 #1726919CAS I was a bit cheeky with my post.
A lady cant compete in open pool against the top lads, the male can break and open the balls at a greater speed.
It bloody madness ..which ever way its looked at. Having played at a serious level I can understand whats going on and the chaos thats developing. But I wont be cutting me balls to win a championship.April 15, 2025 at 11:33 #1727293I’ve added Zhao Xintong 18/1
Still has to qualify (Slessor wont be ab easy game) but nobody will want to draw him in the first round. Looks about the best player of those left in the Qualifiers with Lisowski again disappointingBlackbeard to conquer the World
April 15, 2025 at 19:01 #1727341Hes doing well 8-6 up at present and no more 18s.

April 17, 2025 at 09:29 #1727466Just added Selby at 11/2, that gives me one from each quarter.
The draw gods have not been kind to Xintong, sorry our selections meet in the first round, so a sporting good luck to you Nathan. Then its Wilson if they both win, draw could have been kinder for you.
April 17, 2025 at 09:53 #1727469It certainly could have been
I’ll take Wu Yize at odds against to beat Williams.

April 17, 2025 at 16:39 #1727506Marks a good enough player when in the balls to knock out 40’s to 70’s without having to worry to much about long pots or fine cuts.
Ive gone mad (again) small stakes Lucky 15 correct score in the first round.
Wilson 10-4 @ 11/2
Blind Williams 10-6 @ 7
Hawkins 10-6 @ 7
Jones 10-7 @ 12The Ronnie v Carter match, will be niggly. I wonder if this spurs Ronnie on to turn up or has the opposite effect and he walks away. Not sure what happens now if he pulls out, I assume Carter gets a walk over.
April 17, 2025 at 17:08 #1727510I understand that it’s a walkover should O’Sullivan withdraw.
His antics are tiresome. I’m a fan and obviously love watching him play but he should have more respect. They should make the deadline the start of the qualifiers then at least if he does pull out someone can take his place. I think he will play but if he doesn’t then it’s incredibly unfair that someone loses out on a Crucible spot.
April 17, 2025 at 18:21 #1727519I’m going to have to have bash at a correct score lucky 15
Blind Dave’s surname is Williams and he breaks off like Mark use to when going off the back of the pack.
Ronnie is desperate for Saudi Arabia to take over so he can have his mega pay check ✅ as a player and then some ambassador role. If he plays I’ll be cheering on Carter. I can’t stand either very much but I have less sympathy with Ronnie
