The person that decided to leave the Betfair Chase out of the Scoop6 (too easy) has just been taken out and shot!

I’ve just checked BBC news and Sky news which are not reporting this story?

Tongue in cheek, Mr Wilson, given that the Betfair Chase was presumably excluded from the Scoop6 due to the ‘certainty’ of the result.
November 22, 2008 at 21:05 #191381We had one of the tickets riding on Ceremonial Jade in the last. Managed to get 4k out of the fav but pity he couldn’t place- we had stacks of place lines running. Great bet, bring on the next big carryover!
November 22, 2008 at 21:50 #191385Carvills,
How does it feel having a quarter of a million at stake on a horse ridden by Jimmy Quinn – I only ask because this exact thought went through my mind as they were going into the stalls for the last leg!
Unlucky ………
November 22, 2008 at 21:59 #191389Wow!
Unlucky Carv and Alan.

Value Is EverythingNovember 22, 2008 at 22:08 #191392Not too good Alan, not too good…wonder if we could have jocked him off for Ryan Moore for 10k?
November 23, 2008 at 00:40 #191428Ginge,
I had the thought, not the bet. I didn’t play the Scoop6 today, in fact I’ve never played it ever.
November 23, 2008 at 01:09 #191433Hard luck there carvillshill
November 23, 2008 at 01:55 #191445We shouldve done some kind of TRF Scoop 6…
A quick browse shows that if Simon(SBerry), Mr Wilson, Bulwark and myself pulled together we wouldve got 5 out of the 6
November 23, 2008 at 02:10 #191451News from Talking Horses is that TRF regulars Rory and Mounty were part of a syndicate that held one of the winning tickets. Very well done to them.
November 23, 2008 at 02:32 #191455Mounty wins it every other week. He will get bored of it soon enough.

November 23, 2008 at 03:48 #191467No, I had a crack with a few others, HJ.
We had a twitch, but Yahrab was no good. Obviously we found the winner of the sheepdog trial at Hunters though!!
November 23, 2008 at 03:57 #191468Well done Rory and Mounty.
