Hes just a fantastic racehorse. Its his headstrong temperament thats held him back. If hes in the groove hes by far the best. Always loved his wholehearted way of running. As much a machine as faugheen to pinch that phrase.

Thought at the time they missed their golden opportunity with him in National last year, when he was so well handicapped due to the farcical handicapping system. Think he was 7/4 or 2/1 just prior to his withdrawal.
