FF i’d be surprised if they want to start her on soft but guessing!

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!June 11, 2019 at 12:06 #1445031Wonder how much rain Ascot will get in the next few days. Not much rain forcast at the weekend/early next week, but what will be the state of the ground before that happens? BBC says “light rain showers”. If on the soft side of good it’ll be against Sea Of Class’s chance. Would she even run?
Value Is EverythingJune 11, 2019 at 12:08 #1445032Ha Ha, great minds think alike, FF. LOL
Value Is EverythingJune 11, 2019 at 12:14 #1445033If proper Soft very much doubt Sea Of Class will run. If good-soft she might but there must be a sizable doubt.
She won’t start favourite if soft is in the going title… Although judging by previous years the official going report can’t be relied on anyway.
Value Is EverythingJune 11, 2019 at 12:56 #1445034The likes of Masar would also be a massive doubt, for all he’s still likely for the Hardwicke. Crystal Ocean i think is better over 1m4 + is a warm fav for the Hardwicke.
Has the potential to cut up quite a bit. Magical has form on softer going as well + stays 1m4. Happy enough with her whatever way the ground goes!

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!June 11, 2019 at 23:55 #1445086Looking at the forecast for ascot now it’s clear and 15 degree or higher the 5 days before this race
And 20 degrees forecast for tuesday and on the day
So youd hope that will dry it out enough for her to run
After calyx getting injured sea of class not running would be a major blow to my ante post bets
June 12, 2019 at 10:15 #1445104Don’t worry FF, she will run and she will blast this field
June 12, 2019 at 11:13 #1445117Surely Crystal Ocean is in the wrong race??
June 12, 2019 at 11:27 #1445118Better over 1m4 for me Raymo, but i suppose this is worth a rolle of the dice. SOC on reappearance, Magical not quite an Enable etc etc.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!June 12, 2019 at 12:20 #1445127Elarqam 20/1 was a punt i took last week.
Earl of Sefton form looks right good, first second & third all won at G1/2 level since and this hoss came back to some decent form at Goodwood to win at listed well very well. He needs to step up massively again to go close here but with doubts over SOC on her first run & Magical/CO at the trip i thought he had a decent chance of placing at the price.
June 13, 2019 at 15:00 #1445220Kev, Elarqam going Wolferton!

June 15, 2019 at 09:30 #1445345If Doyler is on Masar here, who would people like to see ride SOC?

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!June 15, 2019 at 09:48 #1445350I’ve read the decision about Masar is due this weekend.
If Doyle is really not available, Haggas should try to hire Oisin Murphy imo.June 15, 2019 at 10:19 #1445363Masar going for Hardwicke so James Doyle on Sea of Class.
June 15, 2019 at 12:13 #1445384Good news that, wouldn’t be ideal having a new jockey in such a big race
June 15, 2019 at 12:46 #1445397Wow, that’s the best solution and the first happy ending for Sea Of Class
The second one will follow
