Sorry late to reply but have just looked at SET PIECE run Darren and that was a very smart win considering he clipped heels in the early stages and was dropped back. He showed a nice attitude to overcome any greenness and quicken in the final furlong and win the race.
That form has been franked by the 5th horse in that race ELAMIRR trained by Roger Varian who won nicely at Lingfield yesterday and is another to keep an eye on heading into the flat season. :good: Jac

Another 2 to follow on the All Weather following the success of Set Piece at Newcastle on the 8th January is William Haggass’s
SPARKLE IN HIS EYE (Sea The Stars) who ran 2nd that day and followed up last Thursday winning again at Newcastle from a very progressive sort trained by Peter Chapple-Hyam…
YOU LITTLE RIPPER (Rip Van Winkle)
Expect more to come from all the above, :good: Jac

Nabeyla – Roger Varian Trained filly looked amazing in Wolverhampton yesterday with a 6length win in his debut race.

Elisheba – Gosden trained filly (daughter if Australia) is the one to note as well.
