Fergal O’Brien had a 33/1 winner yesterday, just as I’d stopped following his horses. I did look at it but the others in the race looked so much better May be worth keeping an eye on his bumper horses this year; they did really well last season.

You had a few good shouts last season moe, so I’ll run the eye over his bumper horses this season as well.

I think his gallops are very good and he can often get horses fit when other trainers are struggling.

I wish he could get Bradley back to his best moe, but I think we’ve seen the best of him.

Will you be keeping a close eye on Venetia’s runner this season?

I think Ma Filleule is a very special horse; when you get a good racemare they’re very good. Although, don’t understand why she’s not mentioned in the Nicky Henderson section of my Jumping Prospects book [?].

Really like her too Moe, and I’ve thrown a couple of quid at her for The Gold Cup. Hopefully nothing in her not getting a mention, I wouldn’t think there’s too much to worry about.

No, I’m still spring cleaning. But will have to have an ew on Wayward Prince after ignoring him last year

and I think Cole Harden could be a bit special; fancy having an ante post for the stayers on him. I’m tempted to back the mare for the Gold Cup as well.

Yeah, Wayward Prince for me too Moe, took a wee bit of the 33’s earlier in the week…..fingers crossed.

Cole Harden could be pretty decent moe, and I’ll be keeping an eye out. I think a wee bet on the mare could be well placed, and give you a bit of interest during the winter…….I think she’s good enough.
