Well done winners. I can’t help but feel Harry Cobden gets continually outridden by better jockeys in big races. Jack Kennedy with a peach of a ride to scoot up the inside before Next Destination was called for his effort. A snug victory in the end for Galvin and very much a contender for the national next year. In fact the top 3 are.
Wd winners, Happy with Galvin + even Escaria Ten e/w.
Pace maps show the race was run at a crawl, and turning into a sprint- Elliot is the man at getting these horses for this type of race. Escaria Ten though, is worth following still, as i’d say he’d have preferred a stronger pace throughout.
