Plu 13:20 – Royal Claret. Not easy to catch right, and her last run was very poor. However 7.6 in this race is too long to ignore I think. If she runs to a level she is capable of she can win this. It could be she is just out of sorts at the moment but at this price I will take that chance. 2pt Win
Non-Runner
Chelt 12:40 – Speed Company Possibly over priced here, bare form doesn’t look that great over the last 3 runs, however some of his best runs have been on testing, undulating tracks such as Cheltenham. Had a good start to hurdling career in CL4 and Cl3 races, and won a CL2 race in decent style before a big hike in the weights. dropped back a little now, and last run may have been too far. 1pt Win @ 21 will have 2pts on the place once BF market is open.
Don 14:52 – Horatio Hornblower Hardly inspiring this year, but won this last year, and flat left handed tracks seem to suit, 8 is a fair enough price I think. Nothing else in the race has a lot of appeal. 2pt Win
Chelt 15:00 – Stormy Ireland surely this price can’t be right? OK she’s up against the boys here, but has won some very nice races well. Have to take a chance @26 1pt Win will have 2pts EW once that market is running. I also think that another mare Verdana Blue is overpriced @14 has run well enough around Chelt, and loves the ground conditions, also a nice drop in the weights. 1pt win.
Chelt 15:35 – Indefatigable I have her at almost evens for this. Wasn’t far away in a Listed event at Kempton LTO off the same mark and has great course from here, which is a massive bonus at Chelt.2pt Win @6.8
LUD 14:30 – Kilfilum Cross – Not looked great so far this year it is fair to say, however has been only running left handed and record going right handed reads a hell of a lot better. 21132 in all right hand run races since Feb 2018 v’s 14324P424P7 and several of those 3rd & 4ths were beaten by a long way. Ground should be no issue, neither should stamina. 1pt win @ 13 – 2pt place @ 3.7

Sth 14:15 – Loulin – Fair priced fav, good C&D record and well drawn, should certainly be contesting the finish 2pts Win @ 4.4
Sth 17:45 – Pearl of Qatar – Consistent in form, rarely too far away at the finish, last 2 5th place finishes were not all that far away, and eased a touch in the weights. 2pt win @5.5

Asc 15:00 – Regal Encore – If fit after being pulled up, has a great chance here. Loves this track, and conditions will suit. I have him as short as 5/2 for this so more than happy to take 8 2pt Win
Asc 15:50 – Silvia Eclipse 2pt win @ 8

Wth 13:28 – Demi Sang – Decent chaser, got a bit high in the weights, but last outing over fences finished 2nd in a CL2 race, albeit not the strongest of races, has also placed in a Listed event here, and 10lb lower now than that race. I think 11/1 is generous in an open race. 1pt Win 2 pt place.
