As previously said in here mike, galvin at big prices is my angle, but im fairly certain GDC would run to that level, that was as good a round for a novice ive seen for while

Any news about Next Destination? He was due to run in the Betfair Chase but picked up a little injury. Could be a decent EW-shot at 66/1. Decent form last year 1 length behind Galvin in the 3m6f-race and winning the Hampton Novice Chase while giving weight away to Fiddlerontheroof.

    4th in bumper
    3th in the Ballymore
    2nd in the 3m-6f novice

… in the Gold Cup :good:

Looks like a cracker in the novice with him and Bravemansgame , prefer Nicholls horse myself as i reckon he,s a bit more savvy

Next Destination isn’t a grade 1 horse is he?

GDC is just a chasing baby, would be a shock to the system imo trying to win this with little experience.

Monkfish may never be the same horse again so they won’t be thinking that way

I’d definitely want NRNB. He’ll be 10 soon and has only had 3 chase starts.

I took Galvin at 16-1 on Tuesday morning, and also at bigger odds two months ago, but just decided to post on here today after his win.

In the hope that HdB can perform a minor miracle with Eklat De Rire, I’ve taken 66-1 ew

With Al Boum Photo about to have his annual prep at Tramore, I’ve taken the 16/1 just now. He did get shown up last year by the De Bromhead pair, but I think that 16/1 is too big a price. There is a few euros of mine going on that ew

I mentioned Al boum earlier in the thread , it’s like he,s a forgotten horse , at this point I’d say he,s prob the value , you know he,ll get round and it’s not as if he,s a oap , HDB has said Minella came back from Kempton ” shook ” , you worry for him now

Al Boum Photo unlikely to win another Gold Cup, he’s 10 next March. The race would probably have to fall apart.

Lol Silver, how funny you just decided to post after he won. What a great free bet.

Re Al Boum Photo- he is probably a good price for a horse who has been there + done it. The win part probably less likely to come in, but as a price, i’d think he’s a good bet.

Satisfactory enough from Al Boum Photo, I suppose. Although that was probably his least impressive performance in the Tramore race.

I was persuaded to take the 16/1 yesterday by the comments here. I still think it is a sporting bet despite his age.

Does Acapella Bourgeois not like Tramore? He ran a similar, sulking sort of race last year.

Mike Id say at this point the race is falling apart , Minella has a huge question over him , APT for me isn’t a good enough stayer , Galvin currently makes the strongest case but in all honesty it has a sim vibe to 2014 , I worry they may chance Champ here because of it , saying that will they have a go with Allaho
