That’s a good bet CNC, really like that horse and think he will do well next year too.
February 2, 2019 at 14:43 #1394853Phase 1 of the bet complete for you CNC…only one race away from £1500

February 2, 2019 at 16:02 #1394883Thanks Guys. Pleased with that. He has a chance….. fingers crossed. How many times have we all been in this situation though. Hopefully they’ll find the easiest race possible now.
February 3, 2019 at 04:30 #1394933As someone on any race for him (6 points at an avaerage of 12/1), I want to see him in the Albert Bartlett.
February 6, 2019 at 21:19 #1395312Very interesting…..

Give Me A Copper Ultima Handicap Chase 14-1February 8, 2019 at 22:25 #1396928Some goods selections and prices there Mike. I particularly like the odds you’ve secured on Angels Breath, Lalor, Ballyward, Laurina, Topofthegame and Battleoverdoyen.
Obviously the 8-1 on Presenting Percy is wasted what with Might Bite up against him but you never know.
February 8, 2019 at 23:21 #1396932A rock solid book of selections and you should get plenty of great runs and a few winners for your money. Love the Ballyward price.
February 9, 2019 at 12:29 #1397008thanks, hopefully some winners will spring up from that lot.

Slate House 33-1 JLTFebruary 11, 2019 at 08:23 #1397140If anyone is interested, Skybet have some horses priced up as bigger ‘to win any race’ than to win an individual race. Notably, Tiger Roll (9/4 v 2/1) and Sir Erec (15/8 v 6/4)
February 16, 2019 at 16:10 #1397724Seen some spectacular performances today and I’ve been thinking about adding some more selections to my exchanges book but then I just sat back and thought hang on… is it possible that we could be getting carried away with some of today’s performances? How many horses have had preparations affected due to the flu issues? Has that affected their preps for today’s races? How many horses have had a flu jab in the last week or 2 and then ran poorly today? We’ve already been told Paul Nichols has all his horses jabbed in December and is it coincidence that he has 6 winners today and some very impressive winners? For me I think that tells me that todays winning performances could be overrated
February 16, 2019 at 16:13 #1397726Spot on jas, i thought the same thing
Id be cautious for thr time being with that today, cant be a coincedence thay horses jabbed in dec are running riot today..
February 16, 2019 at 17:18 #1397732It’s relatively common for Paul Nicholls to have a lot of winners on a Saturday.
6 is a lot even for him but he had 22 runners which is much higher than the number of runners he normally has.
3 of the 6 winners were odds on, 2 were.2nd favourites and a nice surprise with a 25/1.
Although the channel 4 ‘experts’
tried to make out it was due to the flu jabs alice was in fact most likely talking gibberish and dont forget 16 out of the 22 got beat.As if Paul Nicholls is the only trainer to do it like that, almost all of the top ones follow the same route.
I doubt any other trainer had as many losers as paul Nicholls did today.
