Here we go,here we go here we go…….the worlds greatest Horse race is here again and I’m buzzing.I’ve got 3 of my 4 Ante-Post wagers ready for battle, sadly ‘Sunnyhill Boy’ hasn’t made it but having scoured the race for weeks now I can honestly say I wouldn’t swap my 3 for anything. We all know how big a part luck plays over those fences but I firmly believe Class will prevail today and all 3 of mine have been Gold cup class. If Pushed, I’m going 1st
Burton Port
33/1, 2nd
Long Run
25/1,although the only thing that splits them is there respective handicap marks and Jonjo’s charge is that little bit more well weighted apart from that I cant seperate them.I hope
Tidal Bay
25/1 takes to this as he is a steering job who will still run faster than anything else after the last………If he gets that far! My 4th place goes to
The Package
20/1,purely for the ‘Comply or die’ connections and profile.Good Luck all and may the ‘Best’ horse win this year!

Whisper
owe me nothing but at todays prices I’m siding with Nicky hendersons horse,he will love Aintree and 5/1 is generous.
Trifolium
will fly round this course too at 3/1 and
Unioniste
at 7/1 will take some beating.

this Ginge but for as much as I’m the King of Foresight, you are the King of Hindsight. When I’m identifying talent and targeting races for them months in advance of anyone you are secretly reading my work and using it to your own advantage.

SPLASH OF GINGE and SHUTTHEFRONTDOOR winning the grand national tooAny thoughts on BE READY if KINGMAN not make it this horse be my 2000 guineas horse.
And do you think BALDER SUCCESS got a chance in Queen mother next year.

Darren my sources tell me
Toormore
has wintered well,he’ll run away with the Craven and go 3/1 for the Guineas,no horse has been backed at the regularity of this fellow and no-one fears your ‘Australia’ who apparently has the Derby as his main target, mind you someone on here said
Camelot
was a good thing for the 2000gns at 5/1 a couple of years ago so your fellow could be heading the same way.
April 6, 2014 at 19:46 #474858Being the King of Ante-Post betting and horseflesh judge extroadinaire I look forward to seeing the current Fav for next years 1000gns deposed this weekend in the ‘Moyglare’ at the Curragh. This ‘Kiyoshi’ currently trades at around the 6/1 mark for next years Classic, only 5/1 with Ladbrokes, that will all change on Sunday.
Tapestry
will prove to be a proper Guineas filly,my only bet on the race at 16/1.
‘Classic’ Aftertiming here Ginge eh? Time will again show why I am the legendary King of foresight when this filly runs away with the 1000 gns.She is the equivalent to
My Tent or Yours
as far as how much I have had on at 16/1,14/1,12/1 10/1 8/1 and thats enough for my e/w prices to ensure a healthy place profit should something come from the clouds and mug me.
April 6, 2014 at 21:44 #474866I wouldn’t prophecise about future Grand National winners as it really is a lottery
Darren, this translate to cut out the iron bru and put the difference on Goulanes.

Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
April 7, 2014 at 19:09 #474924Gord: do u think Roalco de Farges will go Scottish National or Sandown for 365?

Good question Gary, anyone who fancies him could do with knowing as he has to be a major player in both.He ran his race in the Bet365 Gold cup last year but was no match for ‘Tidal Bay’ and wont be again this year if the Wylie old fox lines up.I personally would let him have a go in the Scottish National as he should just about get home around Ayrs 4 miles plus I cant see ‘Tidal Bay’ going for that.
April 7, 2014 at 21:56 #474951Damn – I think the opposite lol don’t think Nicholls big guns will turn up and think the 365 could cut up quite badly!! I’ve backed him already for the 365 but have doubts about 4 miles in heavy ground!! I have a week in Egypt to contemplate, missing the Masters and Jockanese National, you just know I did not book this holiday
April 8, 2014 at 10:43 #474979Get the Sun on your back Gary,it has amazing healing qualities both mentally and physically does the Sun.You will come home refreshed for the first Classics.I might do what I did last year and go and watch
Tapestry
do a
Dawn approach
,I’ll tell Aiden I’ll be leading her in too!

Have a good holiday mate. There’s no fun in leading in a loser Gord, I’d be having a word with John Oxx if I were you
April 8, 2014 at 14:41 #474994Boz,not many people know this but I have a Brother who is,well nearly as good a judge as myself, nearly but not quite, bit like yourself.
Well he was a bigSea the Stars
fan and landed a nice touch in the Arc on him,I at the time was backing
Mastercraftsman
to beat him so you know who came out on top there.Anyway he wont hear of defeat for
My Titania
,he’s only just started backing her as he’s not really an Ante-Post punter but like you say money has been seen for her this week.My filly will certainly beat her in the 1000gns but of all the fillies out there I’d say she is a big danger to all in the Oaks,16/1 is too big,she should be about 12/1 imo with a profile like hers.

You’ll be sore on May 4th mate. You’ll see it as possible redemption, I see it as deja vu
