Many good selections in the thread thanks for the great notes.

small list of 3 from me

    Carlton House

    Wooton Bassett

    Zoowraa

Catlton House = agree with forum members.

    Wooton Basett =
Unbeaten in five starts as a two-year-old, in which he bagged connections more than £500,000 in prize-money.

Zoowraa = "She is clearly a smart performer in the making and should have little difficulty with another furlong next year, so a general quote afterwards of 16-1 for the 1,000 Guineas did not come as a surprise, especially considering how open the race looks at the moment. A note of caution was sounded by her connections, though, as she is not that big and will need to winter well to progress"

Whatever next attacking a jockey. I hope they take Acton to sort this crime out. Well done to Kieren for not retaliating with his fists. The hacks would have had a field day. I read in the RP the owner was escorted of the course and the incident reported to the BHA.

Gutsy performance from Synshronised and AP and credit to L’aventure she gave her all trying to get back at the winner after a 4 mile 1f race. Well done to AP getting off the horse straight after the race.

Cheers Arazi great idea. Not being a youtube follower I never knew you could get all these old races to watch again.

Many thanks for puting me in that direction – keep them coming.

Anybody put me in the direction when Ireland’s King of Kings dethroned French champion Xaar to land a first British classic for trainer Aidan O’Brien in the Sagitta 2000 please.

I’ll stick with Kay – To seeing as the trainer and jockey both use that and sounds better anyway haha.

Someone on Racing UK yesterday kept calling him by some weird pronunciation, it was quite extraordinary

RUK had me confused with the weird peonunciation. Why do they do it?
    I’ll stick with Kay also.

I think ATR did the right thing. With the Detroit City fall… it was only the 2nd hurdle. Why would anyone want to watch that again. I thought ATR did the best thing.

Though if it was a significant fence, like the last then obviously they couldn’t edit it out. But i personally wouldn’t want to see a fatality again in a race. It’s very sad to see the first time without having to see it again. And if i never seen it first time then i’d be glad the channel spared me from seeing it.

    Well written Kautostar1 agree 100%

It has to be Seb – Spencer and McCoy have won more than their fair share of awards.

It was good to see a workman jockey share the title this season.

    Spot on Paul
