    Thanks guys for the replies.

…hang on Gareth, don’t you want mine?

I haven’t the time to be assed with it so I pay [modestly] for someone else to do much of the working out [i.e. they have contacts and a more professional approach]. I’m finding it works rather well so far – at least I know mine are ‘off’.

Jockey bookings – Ryan Moore is God [and occasionally Richard Hills].

Of course i want yours, was just saying thanks so far. :D

    Thank you for yours too.

Of all his runners today, the one I’d be most interested in is Mr Ironman, intended as a chasing prospect when with Guesty but removed from him by owner Jim White over the winter after a few rotten performances in novices’ / maiden hurdles.

    (graysonscolumn)

Looks to have a good chance.

That looks a very wide open race though. Carroll´s O´Tully didn’t really impress me when ran the other day, so may be a favourite to take on.

Kauto – I think you mean Black Harry

He was beaten at the time against Wichita who is a dour stayer

I believe he (Harry) goes chasing

    Best

    Hi mate.

I cant remember what the horse was called, black and white stripe colours though, i remember him and Wichita Lineman taking on eachother from a long way out. I think that was the race where Blazing Bailey fell at one of the hurdles.

I think you mean Massinis Maguire taking in Wachita? When Chief Dan George reeled them in at Aintree? forgive me if im wrong!

    Yes, that was the one.

I was getting confused.

Not a bad idea at all.

He has his string in awesome form at the moment.

Was good at Market Rasen when i was there the other Saturday too.

From what i have read, i dont think he will.

Im reading in between the lines really in regards to what has been said so i might be totally wrong, but it seems that he wont race again, which is a massive shame.

Agree with Blazing Bailey, he is the one that i said i am looking forward to watching this season.

He was going really well against Wichita Lineman at Aintree when he fell.

He also seems to be quite consistent.

    Will definately be interesting.

Will Straw Bear pick up any decent form again in you guys’ opinion? ? ?

Didn’t it happen at Kelso the other day too? ? ?

Where jockeys were coming back in and saying that it was far too slippy.

I never thought I would see the day that jockeys have to come back from riding in the first race and tell the clerk of the course what the going is

    Agree with that Mike.

Does seem strange that the stewards and clerk didnt pick up on that.

Surely an error of judgement by Ruby to remount the horse before establishing it wasn’t injured, if my memory serves it did suffer a minor injury and was out for a while.

    Colin

I thought it was bizarre actually, when i saw it he kind of chased the horse, i thought he was just doing it so it didnt run off loose. Yet he chased it, and got back on.
