How about at Exeter one time when Kauto Star went off at 2/7 fav in a 3 horse race.
Seemed to be travelling ok, and had a dodgy jump at the last fence and fell, and obviously unseated Ruby Walsh.
Mistral De La Cour then came past Kauto Star by about 15 lengths, and Ruby re-mounted Kauto, and on the way to the line, nearly caught Mistral De La Cour, and went past in a photo finish.
Will be interesting to see how Ella Woodcock steps up in trip today. Has been a very consistent horse over the apst few runs it has had, and if steps up, then may be good value at 6s.
Russki is interesting though. Won well the other day at a massive 25/1 at start of the day and was backed into 18s. Much tougher race this time though obviously and not sure the ground will suit today.
A tough race, think it will be between the top 2 in the market. Depends on the ride that Jamie Spencer gives his mount though, he wont want any bans so rides his mounts carefully and wont at all risk getting banned.
Anyone think that the result of the stewards would have been different if a French horse rather than Youzain had finished second?
Was talk that i had heard too but probably just whispers.
Crap ride from him i think today, didnt give him much of a chance at all.
Frankie rode Authorized like a pratt i think, personally. However, is anyone else suprised at how little Authorized found when asked to go on by Frankie? ? ?
He’ll keep it, but get banned, hung well right and he did nothing to correct it.
Bizarre ride from Dettori though i have to say.
Usually i like people in the Arc to be up there, he was no where near the pace and left him with too much to do effectively.
Think Mr Fallon will be having a little ban too as Dylan Thomas hung right for most of the home straight and didnt even correct it until about 4 lengths before the finish line.
Very bizarre from Dettori though i have to say.
Authorized wasn’t just beaten, he was absolutely hammered.
Great run from Dylan Thomas.
A very honest assessment from Kieron Fallon there.
Said that he has walked the course this morning and thinks that it will be too soft for Dylan Thomas to win, and that he would rather be on Soldier of Fortune, who he thinks has a better chance than Dylan Thomas today.
Agree with that, well done Clivex.
Read the race really well there.
Very, very impressive.
Was a really good ride and had Pipedreamer positioned in a great place throughout.
Very impressive performance.
Monte Alto to win.
Greek Well to run in for a place.
Snoqualmie Boy to run a good race at a huge price.
Just remembered one.
Blazing Bailey.
Think he was travelling really well in some big races last year. Most noticeable when up against Black Jack Ketchum at Aintree i think it was.
Fell at one of the hurdles, when travelling with every chance.
Ehhh – is that why you chose Kauto Star as your username?
It’s a dead heat for me – Florida Pearl & Moscow Flyer
Ssssssh.

Just joined,

Just to chuck another name in the hat, Neptune Collonges.
Thought this horse ran well in the latter stages of last season and will be interesting to see how he has done since.
Well i was right to take on the favourite, however Cathedral Walk was very disappointing.
