One of the best St Leger’s for sometime and the class horse in the field won comfortably, nothing much more to say apart from this has been a bumper year for Frankel offspring

Neither of the above two were involved in the Latifa story, that was purely down to the Godolphin namely Sheikh Mohammad, the ruler of Dubai. Sheikh Mohamad was his older brother.
sheikh Hamdan was one of the great owners of our sport and supported British trainers. He will be sadly missed. Condolences to his family and to all those at Shadwell Stud.

Well as you all know Enable has been retired and Kingman will be her first suitor.
She is the best mare this century, now Juddmonte have the best stallion and mare.

It was nice to see Martin Harley look after him when he new all was not well, this was the post race comment after.
Took keen hold, tracked winner, switched to near side 4f out, ridden and switched left over 2f out, hung right and weakened quickly over 1f out, eased and lost third inside final 110yds (jockey said colt hung right-handed under pressure which resulted in him being unable ride out the colt in the closing stages; vet said a post-race examination of the colt during routine testing failed to reveal any abnormalities).
It would not surprise me if they retire him.

Well i have to agree with Joni here, while Frankel has reached the fastest amount of Group winners in history according to Juddmonte and Queen Daeneyrs winning in France a couple of days ago it still has been a bad season for him.
It was great to Logician back on a racecourse again, John Gosden saw him in the veterinary hospital and said he did not expect to see him ever again it was that bad.
There are only a couple of months left and there are still a lot of 2yo’s to make an appearance. This race had 4 Frankel’s in.He’s some prospect!
