I remember Joni saying Frankel will have a better 2yo crop this year and so far all is looking good.
Frankel’s record with his 2 year-old this year
– Kahalara : 2nd
– Magical Land: 2nd
– Mrs Frankel: Unplaced
– Knock On Wood : WON
– Seventh Kingdom: WON
– Stream: 2nd. (x2)
– Mon Favori: WON
– Ghaliya: WON

He looks a prospect!
Highest Ground (Frankel) remains unbeaten with a lovely effort on his return, downing the highly-vaunted Waldkonig under Ryan Moore for Sir Michael Stoute at @haydockraces pic.twitter.com/E1WHISh9rT

In contrast Havlin showed once again how NOT to do it..June 24, 2020 at 14:55 #1491760Hein, i’m interested in what Havlin did wrong (i’ve only caught the replay in this thread). Thought one just looked the better horse?

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!June 24, 2020 at 14:59 #1491761Well, I think he gave Moore the perfect target so the Frankel horse could get rolling.
But HG might have also been better..June 24, 2020 at 16:21 #1491767I was expecting waldkonig to be dropped in trip as he didnt appear to stay on reappearance
And similar today
Being by kingman and the speed of his closing sectional on debut suggests hes a miler
June 25, 2020 at 15:24 #1491822Another win for this old war horse

My Frankel was behind Palace Pier on debut and this big-money buy does the business on his return for Sir Michael Stoute at @LeicesterRaces @Lsteward4

By Frankel out of a half sister to dubawi
Won very nicely in a strong looking race
A serious prospect for next year with that breeding
August 16, 2020 at 11:44 #1497372I’ve just heard that Fair Eva died in April 2018. Did we know this? It certainly passed me by. Gutted that we won’t see her foals
August 19, 2020 at 18:05 #1497872Where is Logician? Has he retired to studs? He was supposed to rule this year but surprised not to see him on the track yet.
