the question refers to me recognising PUNTERS laundering money
ladbrokes(chris bell) william hill(david harding) corals(wilf walsh) all have to fill out these forms.
but saying you won it in cash from bookmakers doesn’t wash any more.
Yeats, who’s question, LGR’s is it right you can back a winner and end up losing,
or your statement that there is an unwritten law if you cant win you cant lose,
HMCE are far more powerful than a self appointed body like IBAS and they do not recognise monies being returned on any losing bets for whatever reason, odds on deadheaters cannot be ruled as non runners.
how do you bet.
HMCE or IBAS
as it happens I pay full odds a dead heat in my shop so there’s not an issue,
but
HMCE and IR and levy board dont give a flying fig for IBAS, they want their 15% 10% 22% of the profit
yeats, WRONG.
chubs,
do not even think about taking tanya on, one shrewd cookie, respect her opinion. back her against all comers, with MY money
i’ll back it with meself if you tell me who it is
just remembered, there was a poster who said that his super duper all action computer was quicker than us on-course, if your still out there please join in.
dunno how to retrieve threads, especially 2 years old.
I was criticised for telling sit at home MUGS who were playing in-running, that they were being slaughtered by the on-course boys backing winners after time, photo, stewards, fallen horses, and a several second advantage.
I even mentioned it in my weekly column, mark davies denied at that stage there was any advantage.
Why the big debate now, its very old news.
if Ian Davies is about he will confirm he informed the independant or guardian can’t remember which , they wrote an article suggesting it was unethical to back winners after time.
TAKE NOTE, this is a dog eat dog back stabbing business with cash involved,
romford aint in ethics caveat emptor
pat123,your obviously more suited to the b/exchange forum.
read it, rp afraid of upsetting bookmakers because of revenue, still ridiculous
if all else fails, blame bookmakers, how ridiculous

Matron, the queues for transport to the helipad, 5 mins warm up time for chopper, delays for take off slot, low cloud or other weather conditions putting take off in jeopardy.

CHELTENHAM TRADITIONS,
queing to get into car parks on arrival,
being badgered by ticket touts " anyone got any spare tickets buy or sell"
the sight and smell of the fast food outlets, salmonella for sale,
2 hours to get clear of car parks after last.
