So does anyone know / have an opinion if Gevrey Chambertin will line up in this….
Best Bumper performance I have seen for a while (albeit in a swamp) but Tom clearly likes him….16/1 if he lines up? No chance!

Do you know or rumoured Nickys number one for this- I do think he must have one in mind?
The price at 5/2 reflects his chances and he will be shorter on the day
in that price is the fact Nicky and Barry wotn hear of his being beaten (something very rare for Nicky to say in public unlike guys like Nicholls, Twiston Davies etc..)
you basically taking 5/2 on him standing up – as ‘if he stands up he wins’ or so i have been told

1. peddlers was as fit as a flea first time up vs. a 50% binocular and he was right with him at the last before blowing up

I think knight pass will win this- greater rates it exceptional and he should know from his days with Nicholson- could see a new star come the 16th

In a word – YES
Last year he just wasnt right all year…the one thing you need to do to win this is jump and he will simply jump far too quickly and accurately for anything else
It is a 2 horse race and with good ground Big Zeb just wont be able to go with him when he quickens the tempo, like he did saturday before gettign stuck in the mud
So what are your views on Mikael D’Haguenet for the RSA not Fist?
I think the 16s with Paddy is a huge price, any thoughts?

Must say I enjoy reading your posts and am as eager for the big week to start as you are!
I share your views on Micky D – I have had a bit on him for RSA and will be getting more now I have seen 16s at Paddy Power which is a ridiculous price. I think he was undercooked for his 2nd run as was Zaidpour and race came too quick for both of them
Out of interest Fist – I have 2 other ante post interests
1. Empire Levant – have you heard anything of this Nicholls juvenile and will it line up in the Triumph as beaten first time up?
2. Surfing – Henderson horse from France like Long Run and will prob run in the Arkle
