Zarkamiya (Frankel x Zarkava) runs at ParisLongchamp in the 1:20 tomorrow. She is Zarkava’s sixth foal but only the second one to make it to the track after Zarak.
April 18, 2018 at 14:30 #1350965Surya (by Sariska) runs in tomorrow’s Wood Ditton at 2:25, will be interesting to see if he has picked up any of the families idiosyncrasies.
Silver Quartz (2nd on his only start last year) runs in 4:20 at Newbury on Saturday – Buick booked.
Without Parole is also down to run at Yarmouth on Tuesday in the 2:25 – Dettori booked.
April 18, 2018 at 18:20 #1350989Qazyna had a comfortable win at Newmarket today
Juyush also had a very nice win in France.Frankie Dettori has snapped up Veracious for the 1000gns after impressing in racecourse gallop with stablemate Homeopathic with Ryan Moore on board.

All comers, all ground, all beaten
April 19, 2018 at 00:57 #1351043Looking forward to seeing SURYA (Frankel/Sariska) tomorrow in the 2.25
he will be running against MILITARY BAND half brother to Cracksman.
It’s a very tricky race to call but could throw up some pointers to the Classics.Sariska did win her Maiden on the Rowley Mile so maybe that could be a positive in Surya’s favour LD
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...April 19, 2018 at 13:33 #1351089Very nice debut win for Zarkamiya. Definitely falls in to the “could be anything” category….

April 19, 2018 at 13:42 #1351091Just watched the race on At The Races, looked to have plenty in hand, as you say Joni could be anything.
Rabdan has been supplemented for the Derby, he might go to Epsom for the trial.

April 19, 2018 at 14:35 #1351095Surya looked a very big, attractive colt who travelled nicely into the race before getting outpaced entering the dip. Frankie was very easy on him and he’ll be winning plenty of good races over 10/12f.

April 19, 2018 at 14:41 #1351096Interesting to note that when Frankie was legged up on Surya he commented on ITV racing that the trip would be a bit on the short side for him.
That proved right in the race as he travelled well but was outpaced about 2.5F out before starting to stay on nicely up the hill again under minimal hands and heels riding.
With that experience under his belt and a step up in trip I think we could see a marked improvement from him going forward.

April 21, 2018 at 14:20 #1351476The Al Shaqab owned Aljezeera runner up in the G2 Park Hill St has been moved from Luca Cumani’s stable (along with two others) and will now be trained in France by Henri-Francois Devin

April 24, 2018 at 18:35 #1351794What an awesome performance from Without Parole
giving weight and another 6l beating over 1m, will get Derby trip easily, he’s also entered in the 2000gns. Frankel has a real chance of having a winner this year. All comers, all ground, all beaten
April 24, 2018 at 20:13 #1351835A very nice performance by Without Parole over a mile today, but I would not want to be carried away by hopes of classic glory. In relation to the form of the second, who had the most experience with three seconds to his name; and in relation to the time of the race in comparison with the mile handicap on the same card, which appeared to be run at a decent pace, Without Parole should come out of it with a rating between 96 and 103. There will still be plenty of Frankel three-year-old newcomers and improvers yet to run this year, but Elarqam and Nelson still seem the likeliest colts to do well.
April 26, 2018 at 21:20 #1352097Sing A Rainbow runs tomorrow at Sandown in the 4:35
