I always wanted to tell them that I opened the door at 8.30 this morning and it’s now 3pm, whose fault is you can’t get your bet on? My tongue still has the bite marks.
Currently feel that I am living under a dictatorship but the ERG aren’t on the list. And, although I’m dog sitting at my daughters house all of my spare time is being taken up with travelling home each day in an attempt to get my tv working (Talk Talk have sent out a replacement tv box and it can’t connect to the internet). My brain is scrambled. I get a bit obsessive about things like this and can’t think about anything else! Being a complete technophobe doesn’t help.Look forward to the race, though and sincere apologies for not voting. If I can resolve the issue when I go home today I’ll try to vote when I return to my daughters. If Talk Talk could end up in Bechers Brook that would make me very happy. ( I even couldn’t watch last nights racing because of it all…)

However, in some circumstances it is sensible to bet as late as possible. You might want to see how a horse with issues around its temperament handles the preliminaries. Also, late market moves are often very significant nowadays.
Late voting, however, is harder to fathom!
Unless it’s a conspiracy to have me up literally all night writing the commentary!

Moe- clearly Talk Talk still has a hangover from the era of one D Harding, whose glittering CV also includes Test and Trace.
I have mentioned Ms Harding in one of my many recent conversations with TalkTalk. I still have the letter she sent out in 2015. She doesn’t deserve to have owned a Gold Cup winner. Mind you, didn’t he try to bury her in the paddock when she rode him once?
