Plan Of Attack for me as I’m happy to put a line through one run and Blackmore is excellent over these fences. Also, loads of exposed types in here with Gigginstown and JP throwing spaghetti at it.

I’m going for two already mentioned here.

Mr Diablo who I’ve bet before + Moyhenna who was so unlucky in The Kerry National.

I’m going to throw a couple more darts in addition to my main selection.
I’m following Mike with Moyhenna– in form and got her ground, I think she’s a good ew bet.
I will add Diamond Turf. He might turn into a serial loser for me but he is a darn handsome big chaser who I think will appreciate the trip- he was campaigned over hurdles as a stayer. He travelled and jumped well at Galway on seasonal reappearance and just couldn’t go up the hill with the fitter, speedier horses. I’m drawing a line through Down Royal where he finished lame (think he may have got a fright and possibly a slap from the breaking rail of the second fence bouncing up into him).
And lastly Gun Digger. Some negatives- emptied quickly last time, turned out again quickly on ground that I suspect he doesn’t particularly like and I do wonder if a Christmas handicap at Leopardstown- where he has won before- is his main target this season. But I am sure he is going to win one this year..I said that last year about ROAR-ing BULLLL then didn’t back him for his moment of triumph!

    Good luck all.

    Discordantly 10-1 ew 6pl
    Moyhenna 18-1 ew 6pl
    Gun Digger 50-1 ew 6pl and 66-1 ew 4pl
Diamond Turf 90-1 ew 6pl and 150-1 ew 4 pl

I’ve went with Fitzhenry and Elwood, both for the win.

Turns out The Jam Man can jump a fence too. WD anyone on him. Discordantly made a hash of 2nd last but still think the winner would have got by him. Of course, I didn’t back Roaring Sodding Bull for the place.

The handicapper is not going to enjoy watching the replay of that.
