Its insulting peoples intelligence and a complete con to get peoples data which is worth a lot these days. I work in the technology space and have seen how little money big companies spend on security and data protection. When they get compromised its catastrophic.

If I buy a new TV, book a holiday or gamble on the stock market no one cares if I can afford it or not as long as my payment comes through OK. I’m likely to spend vastly more money on those things than I ever would betting on horses.

Just a nonsense of a situation. I feel sorry for anyone who tries to make a living out of betting on the game, if it wasn’t hard enough in the first place.

OK, Week 2 (take 2) Take 1 is floating somewhere in cyberspace and nearly cost
me a computer as I flung it so hard onto the floor I thought, that’s another £400.
Note. Paste and copy does not remain once your computer has decided to switch off
PS. I should have said copying having not yet posted.
I’m going to try and shortcut this a bit except for the frontrunners. (there won’t be a take 3)

Well if Jac ran a great race last week, she ran a SCORCHER this week :yahoo:
Oh Jac, your heart must have been in your mouth watching Fact Or File
having looked the winner but had to show grit and fight when Spillane’s
Tower was closing. He’s the kind of horse you want in your stable, both
class and determination. Superb pick Jac, it looks like he’ll go for the
Gold Cup although he’s still in the Ryanair. Gold Cup for me.(30.80 points) :good:
    Total (135.48 )

Jac’s next, Brighterdaysahead ran the race of her life to set herself up
as the perfect target for State Man. State man sat behind, drew level and
jumped into the lead at the last, only for Brighter to fight back and win
by a well deserved best part of a length (29.35 points) :good:

No, not finished yet. If Grey Dawning had jumped that last going forward,
I think he would have taken the plaudits, instead he gave that half chance
to Royale Pagaille. Dashed unlucky I think Jac but another (13.70 points)
in the bag. Is it King George then Gold Cup, I wouldn’t bet against it :good:

The last of this foursome, Balyburn, may just be the best. Okay it wasn’t
the best race at Punchestown, but the way he won I thought was breathtaking.
Didn’t have to press the button once and won by whatever figure you want to put
on it. He’s got Champion Hurdle written all over him.
What a way to keep at No.1 Jac (12.21 points) :yahoo:
    Total Points 131.45

John Gooch (Numpty Plays Jumpin Fantasy) made a huge move with the same foursome
as Jac, Fact or file, Brighterdaysahead, Grey Dawning and Balyburn. It could have
been a nap hand it was nip and tuck between Balyburn and Trelawne with Trewlane
just getting the better of the two right at the end. He’s 66/1 both Ryanair and
Gold Cup. It seems that either way he won’t have to battle it out with Trelawne
as he looks set for the Welsh Grand National. Tremendous run there John, you’re
always at the top or lurking close behind. Best of luck mate :good:
    Total Points 110.60

It seems this is a popular 4some as Goodfellow can lay claim to them all,
Fact Or File, Brighterdaysahead, Grey Dawning and Balyburn. Like John, he
could well of had a nap hand hand had State Man (1.10 points) not run into
Brighterdaysahead at Punchestown. Nearly half your stable winning in one go
    Can’t get much better :good:
    Total Points 108.50 Points

Nathan (white custard) wasn’t far behind with a treble
    1 Fact To File
    2 Grey Dawning
    3 Balyburn
Galopin Des Champs we’ve mentioned earlier was 3rd behind Fact To File
and Spillane’s Tower. Not far behins Nathan and a long way to go :good:
    Total Score 100.83 Points

Apologies to those below 4th, I’m falling asleep here so I better copy
the tote League placings. Good luck to all this weekend :good:

Great run down of the top 4 places Graham and no one more surprised to be at the top than myself however short lived it may be.

Sorry to hear about your computer crashing and losing all you had written, I can understand your frustration but you made a grand job of
    Take 2. :good:

I have a couple of useful ones running tomorrow in the form of Lossiemouth and Teahupoo taking each other on and one of my darker horses is running Caldwell Potter trained by Paul Nichols, I read that he thinks a lot of him and hoping for a good show tomorrow. :rose:

Best of luck to John, Goodfellow and Nathan who I know had a good day today so I’m hoping to keep within the top 4 for next time. :good:

Long way to go and lots of good horses still to run. :good: Jac

Well Caldwell Potter and Lossiemouth certainly didn’t do your stable
any harm jack, both were impressive. I had a double on Lossiemouth and
Heart Wood (Who was beaten a neck) and I’m furious I also didn’t take the
40/1 on Croke Park. I’d decided last night I was going to back him too.
I never got round to it today.

Anyway well done Jac, another good day :good:

Oh Graham so sorry you missed Croke Park :-( ..believe it or not he was on my TTF short list of 20 horses for the comp just under Caldwell Potter, God knows why he was such a huge price..he could spring some surprises this season but I think Caldwell Potter will be more progressive when Paul Nichols sharpens up that tendency to jump left…but who knows.
I haven’t had a penny on any of my horses yet and I doubt I will, just want them all to be safe.

Anyway, over the moon with my stable this year and just waiting for Willie Mullins to bring out Jade de Grugy I think we may see her late December and she was my 3rd darkish horse in the stable..hard to know where Willie Mullins will place her, I’m looking forward to seeing where she goes, all being well.

So many bonus races still to come I think we’re going to see a flip flopping leaderboard, it will certainly make it more exciting, but I’m hoping my girls and boys stay sound and safe and run well throughout. :rose:

Sorry to hear you have another chest infection Graham and please let me know if you ever need any help here in posting up the scores and rundown..always happy to help. :good:

Take care and put your feet up for a bit and thanks for doing this for us.

That’s greatly appreciated Jac, but hopefully the doctors magic wand
can get this old chest up and going again. I like to think it’s like
fixing an old boiler, and there’s life left in it yet. I know you have

No rush and no need to apologise Graham two week updates would be fine in any case and I know you said you have been having problems with your computer lately.

Godolophin should take a leaf out of your book, the way they run their Fantasy Competition is nothing short of appalling.

The TRF TTTF will start to take off now and up to Christmas, weather allowing.
I’m sure I speak for the majority in saying a big thank you for everything you do on this competition and take your time with the updates, the main thing is … save and copy every paragraph as you type… :mail: . :rose: Jac x

    Week 3 & 4 Report

Well it wouldn’t have mattered if this were the 3rd or the 4th week,
the Leader would have been the same. Jac (Dark Angels) had a double,
Lossiemouth (26.58 Points) was a piece of class, with Paul Townend having to do no more
that point her in the right direction. She won the Hatton’s Grace At Fairyhouse. On any
other year she would be headed for the Champion Hurdle, which she would win, but Willie
has Ballyburn pencilled in for that one. Lossiemouth would win any race she were to run in
at Cheltenham but unfortunately for her it’s the Mares’ Hurdle

Jac’s 2nd in week 3, Caldwell Potter (12.29 Points), was not running in such esteemed company
at Carlisle, but he was in a different league to rest of the pack. He could have won it by any
amount and will probably head for the Brown Advisory. 20/1 looks awful big to me.

Great 4th week Jack, and like many you had Jonbon (52.82 Points) who showed a bit of grit to
go with the class to take the Tingle Creek on Saturday at Sandown.

All in Jac that’s a total of 223.14 Points and a brilliant couple of weeks :yahoo:

Goodfellow takes a step up from 3rd to 2nd spot with Sir Gino (28.30),
looked like the proverbial monster cruising in, in the Fighting Fifth. It looks like a 50/50
shot whether it’s the Arkle or the Champion Hurdle. I think there would have to be a couple
missing from the Champion Hurdle before he takes that on. Ballyburn is favourite for the
Arkle at 9/4, but he surely goes for the Champion Hurdle which makes Sir Gino seem outstanding
value at 8/1. His price will half when Ballyburn is taken out. Goodfelloe had the good sense to
have Jonbon (see above) in his stable and that brings about a total of 216.20 Points. Tremendous
couple of weeks Goodfellow and a severe threat to our leader just 7 points behind. :good:

Nathan (White Custard) moves up a place to get his foot firmly on the podium. Sir
Gino (as per above) but also Strong Leader (21.58 Points) who cruised through the Long
Distance Hurdle at Newbury. He jumped alongside Monmiral at the last and took a few strides
to get going again, but when he did he stayed on well to win by an easy 3L. He’ll be headed
for the Stayers’ Hurdle for sure and 12/1 is a reasonable shout, with Teahupoo looking the one
to beat. Week 4 added on the popular Jonbon and that adds up to a total of 208.53 Points.First
class stuff Nathan, making it very tight at the top :good:

It shows you the standard of stables in here when all round good guy Jon Gooch (Numpty Plays
Fantasy Racing) can hit a couple of crackers. Sir Gino (all above) and pick up Jonbon in week
4, only to drop 2 places fron 2nd to 4th. It just doesn’t seem right John (I think they should
have their tea tested John). However 191.72 Points is still right up there with loads of time to
pull them back. Still a superb fortnight John, very well done :good:

Sam D (Sultans Of Swing) was another moving the right way and picks up a place from
6th to 5th. Regent’s (12.47 Points) stroll isn’t one we’ve heard of so far, but he lived up to his
name winning at Newbury, although he put in a bit of a hairy jump at the 2nd last. That aside it
was indeed a stroll. His other was Caldwell Potter who as I said above ran in a pretty average
race at Carlisle but showed he had the class to run up a good score on here.
In week 4 Sam was another follower of Jonbon (as above) and that good looking treble gets Sam
up to 157.93 Points. Nice work Sam :good:

Galway whispers climbed a couple of spots from 8th to 6th with a nice looking horse
in Dancing City (12.42 Points) He looks to be heading the the Brown Advisory at 8/1
if you fancy. GW was another with Jonbon in week 4 and he’s looking the horse he
always promised to be. As good as he is, I think 5/2 is a little cramped for my
style. Great horses though GW. Best of luck :good:

Tripod dropped a couple of places to 7th, but Jonbon in week 4 helped to halt any
further slide. He’s a great horse to have on your side Tripod and he’ll be there
    or thereabouts come the QEII.

Man Superstars is another who has Jonbon for dropping just the one place to 8th
You’re always there or therabouts at the end Man Superstars. Plenty of time
    to make up that ground.

Same story for Edantony, who like Man Superstars can never be ruled out.

It’s getting to be a bit of a habit but Afarland is another relying on Jonbon
and it gets him up a spot and into the last place in the top 10.
    Well done Afarland

Okay, that’s as far as I’m going with this 25 League team.

Cheltenham starts tomorrow and no doubt a fe will be interested. Caldwell Potter ups his game
to Cheltenham and we can see if he looks as good as he did at Carlisle. Seems they think he is
    as he’s odds on.

Chianti Classico, King Turgeon and Ballygrifincottage, who I backed last time
(that’s why he fell) but thankfully ok :good:

On Saturday Stage Star, if he were to come back to some kind of form is
    definitely of interest at 8/1.

Well That’s my lot for this week, hope you guys are lucky if having a bet :good:

    Week 5 Update.

Jac still sits pretty at the top of the league despite a blank
week, which was the case with most Stables. Still hanging in there Jac :good:

Very little to write home about this week with 2 Stables having a runner
up and 2 each with a 3rd place.

Michael Walsh scored 1.10 with Slade Steel in the BAR One Racing at Naas
in which he was runner up to the Willie Mullins trained Lecky Watson who
finished the better of he two. Total Points 103.47.

Monbeg Trifecta was another Slade Steel fan and added the place pointsfor 2nd
    1.10 Points
    (total 53.41 Points)

Inthestream had Chianti Classico (1.40 Points) who looked like the most likely winner
going to the last, but he lost 2 places and the vet’s report said he
finished lame on his left hind. Total Points 66.26.

Bourne Losers was another Chianti Classico follower and perhaps without
that dodgy leg noted after the race, the result may have been different,
    but then again maybe not.
    Total Points 32.00.

Saturday at Ascot has a few that will interest some stables in here.
Iroko has a few suporting him, Numpty Plays Fantasy Racing, good luck
John and Afarland and Gingerred16 . Fil Dor and James Du Berlais clash
in the 1.50. Whilst the Long Walk Hurdle at 2.25 has Strong leader Nathan
(White Custard) and Illavim (Crown Jewels) both hoping for a result there.
He made a few mistakes heading for home at Newbury 3 weeks ago, but powered
away after the last. He does look a decent horse :good:
He won’t find it easy though as Gordon Elliot sends over The Wallpark, who’s
    looking for a 5 timer.

Barrow Raiders has Victtorino, who made more than a few mistakes, but was running on
well into 3rd place at Newbury 3 weeks ago. If he cuts out the mistakes, he could
very well take a valuable prize. Good Luck BR :good:

I think that’s all that is running in the league this weekend, best of luck to all
    with one of those.

I’ll close now with marks as per the TTTF Jumps.

Week 6 (and a bit) update.

As I was going through the list I was well down and of the opinion
that nobody would have scored. Not so quick BigG, because it came to
pass that Bobby (To Madeira) managed to pick a good one in Jungle
Boogie, who won the Graduation Chase at Ascot. It may have helped
that the Fav, Iroko, fell at the first, but he could do no more than
beat a good horse of Gordon Elliot’s, Fil Dor, by an impressive 8
lengths. That’s 4 places up the ladder Bobby (18th) Nice one :good:

Barrow raiders was the other who manageed to find a winner and it was
a perfectly timed run by Charlie Deutsch on Victtorino in the Howden
Silver Cup handicap which picked up a very decent 19.80 Points and
another 1 place move away from the lower realms to 23rd place. Very
well spotted BR, he might just be Grand National bound and 40/1 5
places Betfair Sportsbook looks a little tempting :good:

I doubt there are many, if at all, who don’t have something running
on Boxing Day at Kempton or Aintree. The King George is the big race
and Spillane’s Tower is the one the money has come for. Will Bravemansgame
be up for one place better than last year or will Il Est Francais or Grey
Dawning who are trading just behind the fav. Personally I fancy L’Homme
Presse and grabbed the 14s a week ago. You can still get 11/1 on him.

Maybe the race of the day could be the match between Constitution Hill and
Lossiemouth in the Christmas Hurdle. They have managed to chase all bar 2
away and I can understand that even although there will be good money for
    3rd and 4th place.

There’s a hoard of good racing over Thursday Friday and Saturday where
Potter’s Charm is aiming to run up a foursome to take the Challow Novices’
    Hurdle at Newbury.

Whatever you’re on, have the very best of luck :good:

Here are the scores as per the TTTF (jumps) site

Happy New Year all you TTTF jumps fans. I thought about doing a
resume last night but with Cheltenham today I’ll leve it and
catch up a tad later. Just to say, there are moves :mail:

I’m just back from a week away at my sis-in-law’s in Kirkauldy, so playing
    catch up a little.

Week 8 (and half of 7) update

Nathan (White Custard) is in top form over the Christmas and New Year period.
He was 3rd at the last update, but a back to form Galopin Des Champs reversed
the result with Fact To File in the Savills Chase at Leopardstown (52.86 Points).
Just to get the best of both worlds, Nathan also had the runner-up, Fact to
File which added another (13.40 Points}. Not content with the double, Sir Gino
brought up the treble by beating the very hot Ballyburn in Ladbrokes Wayward Lad
Novice Chase (21.62 Points) Scintillating stuff Nathan. That treble came to
(87.88 Points) which catapulted Nathan from 3rd spot to the new No.1,
Total 297.81 Points. Superb festive season for you Nathan :yahoo:

Jac (Dark Angels) held the top spot for some time, but although dropped to
2nd there’s a mere 3 points between Jac and Nathan. Brighterdaysahead absolutely
decimated a very good field in the Neville Hotels Hurdle at Leopardstown (30.10 Points).
It was near impossible at times to see who was doing what in the thick fog, but when
they came into the clear in the last 100 yards it was Potters Charm and Miami Magic
who were clear of the rest and battling out the finish which Pottters Charm got the
better of MM (28.20 Points). Fact to File has been good to Jac but he could do no
better thqn 2nd (13.40 Points) place against a rejuvenated Galopin Des Champs.
    Total points 294.84

(More to come, just don’t want to lose any on a dicey Laptop)
PS Just as well I copied it as I had been logged out

John Gooch (numpty plays jumping fantasy) is another to make a move up from
4th to 3rd Has, as all mentioned above, Brighterdaysahead, Sir Gino and FactTo File
and to the you can add the brilliant win of Constitution Hill in the Christmas
Hurdle on Boxing Day. That’s another (26.84 Points) That’s a step onto the podium
for John and a total of 285.08 Points John and a good looking foursome Total
    Points 285.08 :good:

Despite having a double Brighterdaysahead and Sir Gino (both mentioned above)
and a very good 2nd with Fact To File (also mentioned and scored above) which
was no disgrace behind Galopin Des Champs, Goodfellow drops a couple of places
to 4th. It shows you how tough this league is. Still in the hunt Goodfellow
    with total points (282.72)

Tripod had a 1st class treble with Galopin Des Champs, Brighterdaysahead,
and Constitution Hill (all mentioned and score above) and an excellent
2nd with Fact To File (as above) which had Tripod jump 2 places from 7th
to 5th and with a total score of (274.52 Points) you are heading the right
    way Tripod :good:

6th Place is Man Superstars, who is another who has jumped a couple of places
from 8th. It’s a very similar theme with MS having a double Galopin Des Champs
and Constitution Hill. They are a pair that are bound to build there scores up
with Cheltenham. A cople of runners-up, Fact to File (as above) and Il Est Francais
2nd in the King George (14.20 Points) That brings a total of (254.75 Points) It’s
no surprise to see MS making ground up table, he’s never far away. There’s time
enough and Cheltenham and Aintree to still to come. A significant move :good:

Edantony is another who improves his place from 9the to 7th with that pair again,
Galopin Des Champs and Constitution Hill (as above) and the King George runner-up
Il Est Francais (as above). It has Edantony sitting on a total of 231.63. I reckon
you’re on a very good stable for Cheltenham :good:

In 8th Place SamD is another who has climbed another 2 places up the league.
From 10th to 8th with Galopin Des Champs and the 2nd in the same race, Fact
To Files. This gives Sam a total score of 225.59

Moving up 1 place from 10th to 9th is Afarland. He had the usual Galopin
Des Champs and Fact To File but also Diva Luna who was very brave in getting
the better of Newton Tornado in a Novice Hurdle at Cheltenham on New Year’s
day. If it comes up soft at the festival I would say she has a good chance
in the Ryanair Mares’ Novice Hurdle. Excellent Pick Afarland, I don’t think
anyone else has her. She could do you a big favour in the competition. Very
well spotted. Total score is 203.16 Points.

The last of the Top 10ers is Galway Whispers who had the star of his stable,
Constitution Hill who as has been already said gave a great display against
another class act, Lossiemouth. GW also had Lossiemouth but of course with
only 4 runners, no points for finishing 2nd. GW also had Fact To File who also
lost to Galopin Des Champs. Close but no cigar you might say and consequently
GW lost 4 places from 6th to 10th. But make no mistake, Gw’s stable is likely
to pick up 6 winners at the Festival. Plenty of time to head up the league
again. Don’t lose heart GW, better is coming :good:

That’s the top 10 done and I think with 25 Stables That the top 10 is the
    place to concentrate on.

I’m afraid That even if the racing goes ahead on the weekend, there isn’t
very much to get excited about and it’s extremely unlikely that there will
be any movement in the league. Unless I’ve missed something I don’t think
anyone has anything running. Anyway I’ll probably be watching the golf. If
anyone ends up watching the them running in the all weather, then best of
luck and I hope you can at least make a few quid :good:

I’d imagine you are all getting the same message as me on
the Tote trying to get into the leagues …….

    404 – Page not found

We couldn’t find that page. If you’d like to try and find a winner, head back to our homepage.

I’ll keep trying but just in case it’s my dodgy laptop, could someone
maybe test and see if they find the same.
