The Sultans are always welcome at the party Sam, just bring your own 6 pack
October 29, 2024 at 01:20 #1711130It was announced on the Tote Mike. To be honest I can’t see anyone else
taking it on
October 29, 2024 at 21:53 #1711185Need to get thinking cap on. Still in flat mode so need to change.
October 30, 2024 at 04:02 #1711199Yep I think a few are still in flat mode mickeyjp.
I hope we get 20 or over stables in the very last competition. I’ve spoken
with John Gooch and with the £100 to be allocated to the winners, it would
be a nice way to go out with £50 to the winner, £30 to the runner up and
£20 to the 3rd placed. If we dont get 20 or more, we will need to rethink
how we divy it up but the whole £100 is going. Good luck, I hope your name
is on one of those
October 30, 2024 at 16:12 #1711229Hi Graham, sad if it is to be the last Tote Ten To Follow competition, although I can’t see any confirmation of it. Anyway give it a go entered my list. (RED JUMPERS 2025)
You've got to accentuate the positive.
Eliminate the negative.
Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.October 31, 2024 at 15:16 #1711270I’m in, no idea what i’m doing

October 31, 2024 at 20:12 #1711290As usual, I struggled to find the horses I wanted so ended up with a few randoms. Doubt it’ll make much difference though!
October 31, 2024 at 21:47 #1711299I’ll be in as Edantony

November 4, 2024 at 20:41 #1711836Glad to see a good few well known faces have shown up. It seems that
interest at the tote has been falling away from this competition and
this is the last tote competition. As mentioned earlier, as long as 20 stables were entered, a suitable
split prize between 1st and 2nd would be offered. With John Gooch putting
his winners prize in the flat back into the competition and my usual £50
there would be £100 to be divided up. However it struck me (rather late)
that I didn’t have to fork out a prize at the flat and John was putting
all his flat winnings back into the jumps competition. It’s only fair
that I add the prize money from the flat that I didn’t have to fork out,
so I’ll be adding it to this years prize in the jumps. Therefore the prize
money will be £150 divided up as fair as John and I reckon with us only
having 14 stables.I reckon a few will be kicking themselves for not putting a free stable
in. The odds for a free stable is pretty damned good against another 13
stables. I’ll get back to you on that, but I’d maybe like to think we
could manage something for the runner up, possibly a 3rd.
November 7, 2024 at 23:38 #1712078Okay, a major howler by me and I hope people still read this rather than
thinking the time for entering a stable in the competition was past.I clocked the date that for 1st entering of a stable (23rd of October) instead
of the final date for entry (Friday 15 November at 11am)I am dreadfully sorry if I have put anyone off entering the competition thinking
that the date for entering a stable was past. Many thanks to Sam D for pointing
out my mistake in the post above.Huge apologies
GrahamNovember 7, 2024 at 23:42 #1712079COMPETITION STILL OPEN. LAST DATE FOR ENTRY IS 11AM ON FRIDAY 15TH NOVEMBER 2024

Just a quick update from the Racing Post
One week to the start of the competition.
November 8, 2024 at 13:47 #1712115Thanks for that John, it brings it to light for everyone to check their stables. I’ve
checked my 2 and I don’t have him. Keep up the good work
November 10, 2024 at 01:27 #1712333Just a jerk for anyone who doesn’t have their stable in, paid or free,
