Had €10 on Captain Cee Bee for the Queen Mother at 14/1. There are a couple of things against him today: ground and the fact that he has to concede the high class Catch Me 9lbs. If he’s as good as I’ve always maintained he’ll overcome these slight worries. If he was mine he’d be going the Champion Hurdle route, as his jumping is a concern, but if he’s brushed up on his fencing he’ll go to the top over the larger obstacles.
Even money is very tempting today.
Also like Rigour Back Bob, who I followed extremely closely last season with good reward, and Carruthers at Ascot.
