I’ve had €20 on Dylan Ross in the bumper @ 11/10 to give Divine Rhapsody’s form another boost.
+ €193.26
November 5, 2010 at 18:52 #326405€24 back from Royal De La Thinte and €42 back from Dylan Ross, who was once again very impressive.
+ €259.26
November 5, 2010 at 19:43 #326415Three horses in particular catch the eye tomorrow: Baily Green, Kauto Star, and Pandorama.
Baily Green ran a cracker on debut and I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t win tomorrow. Ruby Walsh is an eye-catching booking too. Mouse Morris’s horses usually come on a lot for their seasonal debuts and I expect this fellow will be no different.
Kauto Star will take the world of beating. Sizing Europe and China Rock have a fitness edge but I reckon Kauto will be fit enough to do himself justice. I do think Sizing Europe will stay but I don;t think he has the heart to go with the old boy. I’d love to see Trafford Lad run well. too.
Pandorama is up there with Weapon’s Amnesty when it comes to last season’s top staying novices. The more rain the better for him, and although he’ll be better over further, I think he has deceptively more toe than what it seems. Roberto Goldback, Osana and The Nightingale are all decent animals but fall just short of the very top level. I’d be very confident of a Pandorama victory.
November 6, 2010 at 12:14 #326524€20 e/w Baily Green @ 4/1
€30 win Kauto Star @ 4/6
€20 win Pandorama @ 5/2
€5 win TREBLE at those prices.+ €164.26
November 6, 2010 at 14:47 #326540Baily Green ran a stinker, Kauto recouped some of the losses. + €50
+ €214.26
€10 win Roberto Goldback @ 7/2 without Pandorama. His form behind Citizen Vic and Weapon’s Amnesty is the 2nd best piece of form in the race.
+ €204.26
November 6, 2010 at 15:55 #326551€4.26 PLACE Hildisvini @ 3/1 Down Royal
+ €220 after €20 back on Pandorama NR
November 7, 2010 at 12:17 #326802€10 win Our Girl Salley @ 9/4…she’s beaten Jetson before and is actually better off at the weights. A leading bumper performer last season, 9/4 is too good to be passed up.
€10 win Tom Horn @ 7/4 in the bumper.
+ €200
November 7, 2010 at 14:53 #326851€30 win Big Zeb @ 4/6. Golden Silver is a worth opponent especially on this ground, but Big Zeb possesses bags of ability and I fancy him to take this en route to bigger things once again later in the season.
+ €170
Our Girl Salley won in a hack… 3/1 SP returns €40
+ €210
My Flat Season thread in the Notebook section has returned a profit of €600, absolutely delighted with it
November 7, 2010 at 15:51 #326875Big Zeb seems as good as ever, very classy performance. Hopefully he can build on this to go on to greater things once more later in the seaosn.
+ €50
+ €260

November 11, 2010 at 13:32 #327520Grimes it can vary when I put up my bets, could be the morning of the race or it could be 5 minutes before the off!

€20 win Tranquil Sea @ 11/10
€20 win For Bill @ 6/4
€20 win DOUBLE @ 11/10 & 6/4+ €280
November 11, 2010 at 23:08 #327594Thanks, THM. I’ll just have to be as vigilant as time permits!
November 12, 2010 at 19:23 #327692Tranquil Sea returns €22…+ €302
Big day of racing at Cheltenham tomorrow.
Sam Winner €10 win @ 9/2
Mad Max €10 e/w @ 8/1
Catch Me €10 e/w @ 9/1Also had a cheeky €2 Reverse Forecast on Mad Max and Catch Me.
+ €248
November 12, 2010 at 19:35 #327694Also just had €5 on Sublimity for the Morgiana, 12/1 is massive. BOG with Paddy Power
I don’t see him as the likeliest winner but 12/1 simply doesn’t represent his chance imo.
I’ll more than likely back one of the big two on the day, but this bet is a nice saver to have should there be an upset.
+ €243
