ok heres a little system i posted on you tube.

its not sexy but it has teeth! and can take the fun out of racing, however if its profits you need its profits youl get and this method is particularly potent on saturdays!! hehe

we use a stop loss recovery staking plan with these selections..

the selections require us to know the result of the previous race..

you back 3 horses to win each and every race..

in handicaps you select the 3rd 4th and 5th named horse in the racing post
in non handicaps your selections are the 1ts 2nd and 3rd named in the racing post.

you combine the 2 into 3 lines and start on a stake of say £1 £1 £1
if say the first line wins then you restart your stake on the first line £1 and the second and third would be £2 £2 so example the third race say the second named wins then your next staking is £2 £1 £3..

if any row makes it to nine losses in a row then you hit your stop loss and you then restart that row at your initial £1 or 1 unti stake..
