Broken soul who last month beat a 119 rated horse by a length is what you would use as means to say my point lacked intellect?
,he finished second to anibale fly in 2015 and is now beating 119 rated horses by a length. What he looked like he could be in 2015 is not what he is in 2017 clearlyMy only point was melons form is as weak as chateau contis but hes 10 x the price of melon
Wether melon is a better horse or not is irrelevant to what im saying
intelligent views in horse racing dont exist, you think its intelligent but its probably not

LMFAO
February 5, 2017 at 15:12 #1285964Anybody not backing Melon will get well rewarded if the unthinkable happens. Good luck

Broken Soul would be an absolute million for a Supreme. Obviously, he wouldn’t have won in any case but he also made a bad mistake at just the wrong time.
Probably fortunate for the Mullins lemmings that Melon won’t be seen out before the Festival because virtually every maiden winner he has stepped up has then got beat.
February 5, 2017 at 15:37 #1285971O.k. I’ve been bangin the ‘MELON’ and ‘CRACK MOME ‘drum for a few months now so if you haven’t listened by now,you never will. Cant wait till the fez, especially about 1.35pm on Tuesday. Fill ya boots with your selections – good luck
February 5, 2017 at 16:53 #1285989Definitely stilvi, happy to have the 40s and 35s ive taken on various in this race whos form is similar to the market leader

Still dabbled on chateau conti at 40s if one of mullins is good enough then i hope its he
February 5, 2017 at 16:55 #1285990the standard of the favourites in the supreme right now is piss poor, chateau conti has stronger form than melon, not saying he will win, but at this stage it would not surprise me
LOL LOL LOL. It beat a horse that got beaten miles the time before. The race was utter garbage. No decent yardsticks to go on. Chateaus only stiff competion fell exagerating the winning distance
In the words of Ham on the value thread – ‘Melon is 4/1 for the supreme and beat a horse by 30 lenghts giving it a stone – Chateau Conti beat the same horse by 45 lengths giving it the same weight. Both horses headed for the supreme ones 4/1 one is 16/1. That’s where i like to look for value’.
Don’t really know what you are LOL LOL LOL’ing for Jaymo – I think the above is a spot on point. You make your case against Chateau Conti by saying ‘no decent yardsticks to go on’, yet you are singing Melon’s praises after a nothing maiden hurdle win. I am with Ham on the one
February 5, 2017 at 17:14 #1285993I don’t know Bunk Off Early, Bravissimo or Peter The Mayo Man.
Well he certainly won’t be winning it!
Bunk Off Early and Bravissimo are both Willie Mullins’. Bravissimo is too slow to win a Supreme. Bunk Off Early looks interesting but the form’s relatively untested.

Be my guest if you want to back a 16/1 loser mate
February 5, 2017 at 17:18 #1285995You’re talking about Chateau Conti? He’s recorded a higher RPR than Melon has. Still needs to find about half a stone but he’s definitely in with a shout. I’d far rather back him than Melon at the prices. He needs to run again though.

If chateau and melon were the same price – knowing what we know and have seen, which would you back? The question is open to everyone
February 5, 2017 at 17:32 #1286002I see where you’re coming from Raymo there is more potential with melon.
But in the long run value is always the key to winning consistently.February 5, 2017 at 17:36 #1286003You’re talking about Chateau Conti? He’s recorded a higher RPR than Melon has. Exactly.
February 5, 2017 at 17:44 #1286004O.k, thank you for your replies. I understand where your coming from. I’ll be backing melon again on the day.
