Was just listening to Bryan Cooper talk about ADO on the Final Furlong Podcast. BC said what we all saw, bowling along and then out the race in a matter of strides. BC said (re bleeding) ‘never happened a day in his life and I couldn’t believe it because I was going so well and winging fences’. No revelations or new info there, just encouraging words. ‘If he comes back right (after the burst blood vessel) he has to have a massive chance in the RSA’.

Couldn’t resist the opportunity to snaffle a bit more of the 16s on offer for ADO, and load up (even more) on a lovely EW double with Wholestone at 16s.

Snaffle is a great word! I will be following suit Zark. Every time I see 16’s next to ADO’s name I just can’t help but get involved. Our Duke not entered is good news for the ADO backers

I’ve done him in a few multis as well as now playing him every 3 days.

One of my doubles was with One For Arthu for the national at huge odds.

Must’ve backed ADO 20/25 times now :good:

He’s STILL 16s incredibly even though a fair few of those in the antepost market in recent weeks such as Our Duke hasn’t even been entered. And yet he’s still 4/1 to place!!! Madness. But I’m. It complaining

Ideal situation (not ideal, but I don’t want to get greedy and I think this has a chance): My Tent Or Yours placed, Alpha Des Obeaux win, Wholestone placed. If you can throw in Cause of Causes placing in the Ultima, that’d be very much appreciated and celebrated.

I’ve got an each way Yankee of:
MTOY 33/1, One For Arthur 25/1, Alpha Des Obeaux 20/1 and Bristol De Mai 16/1 (Gold cup)

And the exact same bet with Gods Own at 20/1 for the Chanpion chase instead of BDM in the GC.

This is very similar to me Zark! ADO win could make or break the week.

Aux Ptits Soins out tomorrow at Doncaster. Looks like a gimme. Not backing at the prices as he’s had a bout of colic.

Exactly. ADO wins and I’ll be massively in profit.

He places and I’ll be in for a good week.

He runs a shocker and it could be a tough Cheltenham for me this year.

As far as I’m concerned, Coney Island cannot win this race. If he’s finishing alongside Disko over 3m in a Grade 1 novice chase, I can’t take that form seriously. Not good enough.

Bellshill, Might Bite, Alpha Des Obeaux, Aux Ptits Soins. These are the big 4. Personally I think Might Bite has very little chance as that was a very bad Feltham he ‘won’. Won easily but he was getting beat in handicap hurdles off 142. Simply not up to the level of the other 3. Did seem to enjoy the step-up in trip LTO but still, he had little to beat although he did it well.

Bleu Et Rouge is JLT-bound, no? Who else is there…American? O O Seven? Nambour? Nambour’s been injured I think, although he has an entry soon. 0 0 Seven probably not good enough, but I backed him EW at 33s a couple of months ago. Would still lose on the race if he won. American got beaten by Our Duke very easily over hurdles, so I can’t have him. Bleu Et Rouge would concern me if he turned up. Looking at what Yorkhill did to Gangster (the horse Bleu Et Rouge only just beat on debut), Bleu Et Rouge would have very little chance of beating Yorkhill in the JLT. He ran in the Albert Bartlett last year, so 3m is on the menu for him.

Bleu Et Rouge entered in the Irish Arkle, so I would’ve thought the RSA isn’t an option for him. Very nice indeed.

The race is falling apart and yet our boy is still available at 16s. And 4/1 to place. Going in again.

Staggering isn’t it. Just keep getting on. Place double on ADO in RSA and Whisper in JLT pays out 10/1. Can’t see either of these not hitting the frame so that will do for me

Ok my insurance bet is absolutely dud. That was dire. Nicholls’ horses running well below form right now, but still, rubbish. Mistake after mistake after mistake. Horse has had a lot of problems in his life and looks like it might have caught up with him.

    Aux Ptits Soins

Poor performance that. Aux Ptits Soins may be another we add to the less likley RSA pile
