There’s no doubting that Mighty Man is a very good horse but I’ve never really thought that he is absolutely top-notch.

BJK was cantering on him at Aintree until finding absolutely nothing off the bridle and I think MM just lacks that touch of class which Brave Inca possesses.

If BI hasn’t gone OTT and he stays, I think he’ll win.

In the 2-50 The La Touche Cup I have backed Spot The Difference with betfair.
This is not a handicap but this horse will be giving away a stone in weight to most of the rivals, however his recent Cheltenham form when running off top weight is vastly superior to any of the others today.
This could well be his last race and the Irish will probably be all be wanting to be on this one today and there wont be much value however this is still the one they all have to beat.
I cant see much to put anyone off except the price.

i will be very suprised if he doesnt chris. the only concern for me is its fairly quick after aintree and some horses havent run very well coming to punchestown after aintree this season. I dont think brave inca will travel or stay well enough to trouble him

Im more confident with Brave Inca staying than Essex, but both are huge dangers to mighty man. I fancy refinement to run very well also. I wouldnt be surprised to see some of these ott.

You would have to be worried about the way HE managed to completely outpace Mighty Man earlier in the season if you have backed the latter.

oh dear. Hope he is alright. I assume he has broken down.

I knew refinement would run well on this ground.

I’m having one of those weeks. Aces Four falls at the last when infront now Mighty Man breaks down when he would surely have hacked up otherwise. What makes it worse is I don’t normally back anything under 2/1 but these two looked liked they couldn’t possibly get beaten baring acts of god. Guess what, yep, the gods conspire against me.

On a far more serious note though lets hope Mighty Man is Ok that looked really nasty I’d rather see a horse fall than just break down like that. Fingers crossed he lives to fight another day.

es you off (and boy it does) I’d rather Mighty Man be Ok than someone give me my money back.
