Thanks Jack. My head has been melted with work lately and I handed my notice in on Monday. Normally would be all over the summer jumps but struggling to find enthusiasm and time for bets. Still, the future is bright I hope…we plan to go “home home” to farm now…bit daunting but it was time for a new chapter. We’re down here for the 12th weekend (I cannot be doing with sitting in our wee terraced house listening to lambegs being battered outside the door…I think some ex grand high wizard of the local lodge lives our street and gets duly serenaded for half an hour..dunno what’s happening this year but guaranteed they’ll be rolling out of the Plough and down our street till all hours).

Nice and quiet down home… the small one has passed out on me having stuffed herself with raspberries out of the garden, the bigger one is off shooting rabbits with her daddy. Might even watch a bit of racing tomorrow. Life is good
