Prose is a nice looking filly who had an educational ride on her first start this year. Wide draw in a biggish field again but she’ll be a bit wiser.

Pleased with Russian Emperor though free bet so not recorded here, and Palace Pier looks very good. Bit disappointed with Miss Yoda, thought she would get a place.

Thought I would bet every race on the card but will be very restrained and just back Bentham who should enjoy the better ground, is by Jeremy and I think they improve with time, and trained by Gavin Cromwell who can get them fit and I think will be a couple of steps ahead of a lot of the rest at the resumption.

I’ve gone for Lynwood Gold, a bonny horse who I’m also going to follow over hurdles.
Had to have a bit on Legal Spin again as well. 2nd last year; this probably a better race but he might be tuned up for it.
