The card at Ascot looks really amazing, with plenty of top class runners. It should be an exciting afternoon of racing! I’ll be at another show, so no live racing for me. I’ll try and watch some highlights after we get home. I did get my selections in for Raymo’s one day comp. and I used my last Godolphin swap.
Good luck with your selections and nap Jac!
I hope Emily did really well ice skating. How exciting that she’s in the Christmas panto!
Take Care Everyone!
October 20, 2025 at 22:45 #1742653It was lovely watching Emily skate Andre she is very excited about being in the Christmas panto. 🎄 🎅🏻
After a very early start I was back home in time to watch all the action at Ascot and what a mixed bag it was with 2 x 3 figure SP’s going in and fantastic wins by Kalpana & Calandagan.
Hope you managed to enjoy catching up after your show.
I too have used my last Godolphin swap and now on…
Points – 14080
Position – 188thHopefully I have a few running in the Breeders Cup remaining mainly Rebel’s Romance and Sovereignty.

I will update the Godolphin Leaderboard this week but not holding my breath for any Bonus Races appearing any time soon.
Take care all..Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 22, 2025 at 14:25 #1742729I’m sure you’ll let us know about the Christmas Panto when it happens!
It seems like the Champions meeting always throws out some high priced winners. I wonder if our good friend Graham was on any of them!
I’m a few hundred points behind you Jac – 13,290 and 232nd – we probably have the same Breeders Cup horses remaining, so there’s little chance of me making up 800 pts.
I’m working diligently, well….. at least I’m trying to pull together a good list for the TRF Jumps TTF. It’s always been my favorite comp. Trying to find a dark horse or two is always fun! I’d like to see the star horse return. as I think it was a fun selection to make. (Remembering my favorite Honeysuckle!)
Take Care All!!
October 23, 2025 at 07:28 #1742757I remember your Honeysuckle well Andrea, it ammounted to a huge no. of
points. A great choice.
I was an eejit and missed the start of the Ascot competition by minutes,
I did have the 1st and 2nd, not that difficult, Trawlerman and Sweet William,
but just missed out getting them on. I had the 1st and 2nd in the 4th,11/8 and
6/1 and a couple of nearlys, including good e/w shots The Lion in Winter 12/1,
and what would have been my nap, Holloway Boy, was just beaten a neck at 16/1.
I made a few bob from my placed horses. It could have been better, but then it
always could. Good luck in the last leg of the Breeders Cup
I hope you are all keeping well.
October 23, 2025 at 15:31 #1742772GODOLPHIN FANTASY LEAGUE – Updated Leaderboard – Thursday 23rd October 2025
TRIPTYCH (Jac)– 14080 points– 188th – (no swaps remaining)
Euroalien (Andre) – 13290 points – 232nd – (no swaps remaining)
John Gooch – ? Points – ? – (2 swaps remaining)
BigG (Graham) – 8360 Points – 557th – (1 swap remaining)With just ONE Bonus race
played throughout the whole season it’s no wonder we are all struggling our way up the leaderboard but here are the most up to date scores once Graham and John have updated.Haven’t had much enthusiasm for this game mainly due to the lack of Bonus Races which might have given us a chance to get closer to those players who are obviously ‘in the know’ and whose list of horses and endless swaps seem to go on and on from day 1

Looking forward to the Breeders Cup Competition next weekend although I will be away with Louise for the final 2 days at Newmarket so going to have to get organised with the comps..
Here is a check list for upcoming competitions next weekend…Neil’s Breeders Cup Competition:
Friday & Saturday ✔️Bobby’s TTF Competition✔️
(Get your stable in before 1st race on Saturday 1st November)Neil’s Handicap Competition✔️
Select 3 Horses
Back to 0 points for the start of the Jumps competition. ✔️Best of luck for a busy end of the month…Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 23, 2025 at 19:23 #1742781Sorry Jac, I should have kept you updated.
Points 8360
Position 557
Swaps 1Hope 0
Nevertheless there’s the Breeders Cup and Neil’s BC competition.
There’s always something to look forward to
October 23, 2025 at 22:17 #1742800No worries Graham..I had to search back a couple of months on here to update the competition I’ve let it slide this time around..it really is so difficult to gain any decent points especially with the horses that are played on the International circuit we get so little feedback on when they are declared
Anyway rant over .😃Thanks for your update Graham I’ll update the post.

Hope you and Marjorie are keeping well and managing to get out and about a bit more. We’ve had some pretty extreme weather down here but fingers crossed it keeps fine for the final meeting at Newmarket next week..
Take care of yourselves..
John
Haven’t heard from you in a while and hope all is well..
Andre
Looking forward to seeing your ‘super 10’ in Bobby’s TTF Competition, you certainly know how to put a team together for the Jumps season.
I have my Ten horses sorted and ready to go just holding fire in case of any that may not run for one reason or another. My stable this year is just for a bit of fun and although there are a few big players I don’t think I’ll be winning any prizes but it will be interesting to see how they fair.
🐎🏆Best of luck to all of us..Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 24, 2025 at 23:47 #1742884Thanks Jac, we’re doing ok, sod’s law I got another Chest infection/pneumonia. I
was on a double dose of antibiotics. I saw Mr Guyan today and told him what I
had been on, he said “and steroids” no I said. He gave that kind of look that
means someone should have got their balls kicked. You need steroids and I want
to see you in a week. I wouldn’t trust anyone in the medical profession more
than Mr Guhan. He’s sorted things for me that nobody else saw. He’s quiet and
smiles all the time (naturally) but takes in EVERYTHING you say. i’m in good hands
October 25, 2025 at 11:36 #1742920I’m hoping to finalize my TTF this weekend. For once we have no shows, so I might get to watch some live racing and work on my team. I noticed we have no Pick 3 comp this week. Hopefully someone picks it up for the jumps season.
I’m with you Jac, my interest in the Godolphin comp is close to zero. Going through the motions but that’s about it.
Glad you have a good doctor to take care of you Graham!
Good Luck with any bets today.
October 25, 2025 at 12:30 #1742934Thanks Andre, I’m in good hands. I can’t see anything that says the pic
3 race compy is off Andre, and there are several entries in it. I think
it’s ok
October 25, 2025 at 13:12 #1742948Firstly ..Graham it looks like you have found your Guardian Angel in Mr. Guhan someone who actually cares and takes a personal interest in his patients health and well being .. sadly a rare commodity these days. Hope you are feeling a bit better today and back on the correct meds to see off that chest infection.

Best of luck everyone in tbe comps today I’m just relieved there’s still a bit of flat action still going on although at the end of the season it gets a bit tricky.
Andre ‘ glad you have time to watch some racing today and concentrate on your TTF stable..and Finally…
🐎🐎🐎Select 3 Horses is up and running Andre – get on quick 🐎🐎🐎
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 25, 2025 at 13:36 #1742954Good to hear that you’ve got yourself a good consultant in Mr Guhan Graham. I worked with doctors for too long to actually have faith in some of them. I saw a consultant last week as I’m in knee replacement territory ( struggle to walk away from my house) and came away pleasantly surprised and reassured by the consultant I saw; not what I was expecting at all. Instead of pinning me down to a decision there and then he’s given me an appointment in six months time so I can explore a few more options but will still be on the list for a TKR if necessary.
October 25, 2025 at 14:01 #1742962Jac/Graham – Thanks for letting me know about the NH Pick 3! I’ve got my selections in. Hopefully I can find a winner to get this comp off to a good start!
October 26, 2025 at 08:39 #1743051Hope thinks pick up health wise BigG plenty dirt racing at Meydan looking at cards first bit of turf action over there looks to be 12th December, I expect you usually big priced winners ladies and gents
October 26, 2025 at 11:55 #1743077Hope you get better BigG
And I hope get a Golf winner with M Mccarty tonight 2 shots behind
October 26, 2025 at 19:10 #1743126Good luck Darren, I’m joint 2nd at the moment with Hoey,
but the leader has started well and is 4 clear. Still a
long way to go, only at the 3rd and 4th holes. Fingers
crossed
October 29, 2025 at 15:17 #1743287Bad news for Godolphin
