No worries about committing to this right now, as it rarely, if ever, gets an Antepost market.

If there was one, I’d definitely be betting Ilikedwayurthinkin. I had actually thought him of him as a dark one for Aintree, but he’s done nothing to back up that view. I think this is ideal for him.

He’s main interest, but I also like the look of……

    Fairyhill Run
    Foxy Jacks
    The Dabbler
    Waitnsee

……so safe to say I’ll probably have a couple in this. Ilikedwayurthinkin no doubt, and one of the above.

    Edit Final Decs

Finally made my mind up, and with both being BOG, went with Ilikedwayurthinkin 11’s, and The Dabbler 22’s.

Should The Dabbler not make it, I’ll stick with one, as I’m not going to split Waitnsee or Foxy Jacks, though I still reckon both will run well

This race revolves around Choice of Words for me. She’s Reserve 2 at the moment, and it has to be unlikely that she will get in. I’ve bet her at 11-1 regardless.

If she misses out, then I’ll use the money for a 50/50 bet on The Echo Boy and Pont Aval

Backed Tullybeg last time, where i thought he should’ve won by further but for taking the longest route…he also won snug enough, with the extra distance here looking ideal. Ground stays good and i fancy him even more.

Can see the appeal of Pont Aval but still deciding whether at 6s if she’s a bet.

It’s a complete flip flop for me now that Choice of Words misses out. I’ve deserted the other pair that I mentioned for Fairyhill Run at 12-1 and Faceur Du Large at 22-1

Enda Bolger seems to have discovered that Stealthy Tom is not just a ‘Banks race novelty act’ but can do the stuff in ‘regular’ staying chases. Hints that there remains more to come following a decent performance in the Connacht National last time and looks a sound selection.
