Burke this horse caught my eye in the parade ring at Newcastle, a big strong chasing type who looked really good physically yet looked like he would come on for the race, he went on to win the 2m 1/2f novice chase really well ridden by Henry Brook going good / good to soft in places, one definitely to follow.1 WINNER and 1 second mentioned yesterday.

There is nothing i feel strongly about, i feel Nicky Henderson could have a really good day with short priced winners, especially DAWALAN in the 12.10 especially as he has had 4 out of 6 winners in this race.

In the 2.00 IRVING on my ‘ones to follow list’ runs and is an interesting contender but today im more interested in VOLNAY DE THAIX having not come off the bridle last time out, and the statistics show this is a race that 4 year olds do best and the second mentioned is the right age.

I was very impressed with NIGHT OF PASSION last time out and i think she will go on improving so i like her best in the 3.10, i see RADICAL IMPACT as her main opponent.
CLASSIC MOVE is the most probable winner of the 2.10 but i like GOING CONCERN as an each way bet current price 4-1

I like VICENZO MIO at 1.00 but it is a very short price.

I am most interested in the 1.40 here we have a horse running that is on my list, a horse i liked physically when i saw him at Carlisle, and then was impressed how he ran on to be third behind the well regarded Pendra – CHESTERNTON, the horse i most fear is TAFIKA who won this race last year and is the single mount of the day for Dominick Elsworth.
In Ireland i have to fancy SIZING EUROPE 1.20 Leopardstown.
