At Newcastle today trainers i like best are: D. McCain, L. Russell, Ann Hamilton, J. Ewart and J. Wade.
The horses i like best are: CIRCUS STAR at 2.15 with LYSINO being the biggest danger. and the strongest statistic horse today is DINGO BAY at 2.50

At PLUMPTON trainers that do best here are: V. Williams, J. Gaeke, P.Henderson Seamus Mullins and G.Moore.
There has only been 3 runnings of the 2.20 race but in all three runnings the winners have been bigger priced runners carrying 11-0 or less so my tentative selection is; SWEET BOY VIC
In the 2.50 in all 7 runnings of this race no favourite has ever won and all the winners have carried 11 stone 4 or less, the horse im liking best is: ADRENALINE FLIGHT.
Today at Southwell trainers that do best are: N. Henderson Tim Vaughan, Charlie Longsdon, the very in form Venetia Williams and Kim Bailey.
There isnt a big pool to fish from today.
The only horse im interested in today is: LILY WAUGH at 3.30 but she is a short price.

and BRASSBOUND current price 12-1 e.w in the 2.55Today at DONCASTER trainers to note are N. Henderson does really well here, as does Emma Lavelle especially chases, also J. Ferguson, H.Fry, J. Quinn with hurdlers and Lucy Wadham.
The horses i like best are: NESTERENKO in the 12.40 with consideration for one of my list horses FORCED FAMILY FUN making his handicap debut.
I like KARINGA DANCER at 1.40
A horse to consider if the market speaks favourably IN THE 2.45 is GLOBAL WARMING trained by Emma Lavelle who does really well here with this type, the horses id fear most would be CATAGORICAL and TRIANGULAR

The statistics show that horses with very low weights win the Yorkshire National at 2.35 so im particularly interested in last years winner CHAC DU CADRAN, who is carrying a low weight.
I also like SMADYNIUM in the 1.35

Walford and Barry Murtagh – Front Runners do well here.I dont feel very strongly about anything today, in the 12.45 i think Sir Mangan has to be respected but i couldnt rule out Carrybridge – Crawfords horses are always worth considering when he sends them over here from Ireland.
In the 2.45 i like THE YOUNG MASTER best

In the 4.10 Venetia Williams has Dungeness which is interesting in the fact that she does really well with horses returning within a few days of their last win, this one won 3 days ago.

In the 12.25 Nicky Henderson has won 2 placed 2 out of 5 runners in this race so his DAWALAN is of interest.

The horse i like the best is a progressive horse on my list THE SKYFARMER, e.w. at 2.25 there is a slight question mark regarding the ground, but he was second on heavy going on his bumper at Ascot.
winners of the Tingle Creek have a great success race in the 3.35 at Ascot so that strengthens the case for SIRE DE GRUGY

Another horse on my list runs here SYDNEY PAGET AT 3.15 but he had an off day last time out so i would be cautious, i think if KATENKO is anything like he was before his colic problem, he could bounce back today in ground that will suit.
