the horse i like best is THE SKYFARMER but its a very short price1 WINNER at a very small price mentioned yesterday, heard late on that Chatterbox had suffered from a problem at home which meant he was behind on training, he finished second, and Andy Kelly was very worked up before the race and ran poorly.

A horse on my list to follow runs there today – SIGN OF A VICTORY current price 15-8 runs at 3.45, so he is very interesting today.
At Mussleburgh trainers that do well are D.McCain, Lucinda Russell, N. Richards, and Charlie Longsdon has a 27% strike rate there.

At BANGOR one horse im interested in is the gutsy mare FENTARA at 1.30, ive followed her since she was my standout paddock pick at 40-1 on her first outing, she has won first time out the last two seasons, is a sound jumper and was entered in the Rehersal Chase at Newcastle. her current price is 5-1
Two horses on my ‘ONES TO FOLLOW LIST’ run today, these are two horses that caught my eye in the paddock at Carlisle, they both have serious competition today.
FIVE IN A ROW who i really liked runs against the highly progressive and talented OSCAR ROCK at Newcastle at 1.05
and CHESTERTERN a standout in the paddock who ran an eyecatching race at CARLISLE runs at 12.30 at Bangor against the well fancied Harry Fry trained MENDIP EXPRESS.
1 **WINNER at 5-1 yesterday, my other ** runner was a disappointing 3rd.
Today at CARLISLE trainers that do well at the course are the in form Sue Smith, Nicky Richards, D, McCain Peter Bowen has a really big strike rate at this track.

Yesterday King Massini was beaten by a head, and Forced Family Fun fell at the first and Star in Flight blundered at the 3rd and weakened after, so onwards and upwards!

At 3.25 i like PROUD TIMES e.w. at 5-1 the main danger being NO NO CHARLIE this being his handicap debut for Charlie LongsdonAt EXETER there is no selection, Jon Jo O’Neill does well in long distance handicaps as does D. Pipe, and N.Twiston Davies but one statistic to note is no favourite has won the 4m Chase at 2.05 in the last 10 years.
The statistics were strong for the 4 mile race at Exeter yesterday stating that N.Twiston Davies, JonJo O’Neill and D. Pipe were the trainers to consider and no favourite has won in 10 years,N.Twiston Davies had the winner Major Malarkey at 10-1, Jon Jo the second, and the favourite was 3rd.

In the 3.10 i think DEFINITE LADY at a big price could be interesting but only if her price is seen to shorten in the market, this is her handicap debut.
And the Harry Fry trained YUKOVAR is highly respected in the 1.10 at a short price

Im approaching Cheltenham with caution: im considering RICHMOND e.w current price 6-1 in the 1.05, and a horse i really like is running in the 1.40 THE SKYFARMER e.w current price 5-1 and Edna Bolger always deserves respect in the cross country so i really like KEEP ON TRACK current price 3-1 in the 2.40

At CHELTENHAM trainers that do well are P. Nichols, D. Pipe, N. Henderson and Lucinda Russell has a 67% strike rate with chasers at the track.
I was very impressed with LE BEC both physically in the parade ring as well as his performance, i think its a horse to highly respect, running at 12.40. i also was very impressed with the performances of KINGS PALACE (runs at 1.50) and MORE OF THAT (runs at 3.35) i put him on my list, however he is running against GLENS MELODY for which Ruby Walsh comes over for one ride, so that has to be the danger.
A statistic to note is only one favourite has won the 2.25 at Cheltenham in 10 years, the horses i like best are: GRANDIOSO current price 6-1 and SEW ON TARGET e.w current price 14-1
