Incorrect Mr Fury – I wouldnt have backed said beast with stolen money.
This performance added to Crocodile’s Rock’s absymal disaplay last week confirm just how poorly this man’s horses are running at present.

February 25, 2008 at 16:59 #146429This little debate has passed me by but the bald stats for Jonjo are that he has had 14 winners from 170 runners in December, January and February. I’m not best placed to account for this but I would just mention that only Paul Nicholls has trained more winners this season and despite the bad run over the last three months, Jonjo’s wins to runs ratio for the season (16%) is still comparable to David Pipe (16%), Alan King (18%), Nigel Twiston-Davies (18%), Philip Hobbs (15%), Gary Moore (16%), Howard Johnson (17%) and Nicky Richards (17%). In fact only Paul Nicholls and Nicky Henderson have noticeably superior strike rates.
February 26, 2008 at 18:10 #146630Does Exotic Dancer miss Cheltenham? Ladbrokes have taken him out…
It just seems to go from bad to worse…
February 26, 2008 at 18:21 #146633Racingpost has an article saying Jonjo is mystified as to why hes been removed.

Probably Jonjo wanted some free publicity to show he’s doing well with the horse and started the rumour himslef for laugh
February 26, 2008 at 19:04 #146646Maybe the Gambling Commission have had a word with Ladbrokes and asked them to remove all Jonjo runners from their Ante Post lists in the interests of "fair play". I mean if you can’t win, you shouldn’t be able to lose….
February 26, 2008 at 21:45 #146695leave poor Jonjo alone.
He is a good trainer and you can only train what you have got.
Everyone seems to have focused on Jonjo but as anyone considered taking Howard Johnson apart and Graham Wylie.
Wylie may not be quite as rich as JP but he has wasted some money or is it like everyone seems to think on here is it the trainer to blame.
Some examples of horses that Wylie has bought but done little.

What was the one about the first world war?
Think it was "Green Fields Of France" or something like that. Should be played every Rememberance Sunday. It’s in my all time top 20.
