September 3, 2022 at 15:36 #1613225Well done to winners.
Happy enough with Emaraaty Ana in second.
Good to see a horse really striding out and winning well on ground with “firm” in the going description.
September 3, 2022 at 15:50 #1613227Well done FF and all other winners.
Certainly improved and Faster out of the gate today than sometimes the case also helped produce a career best.Impressive.
Like the Nunthorpe, it didn’t look like a good race beforehand and again it’s true the placed horses are only reasonable.
However, both races were won by a good distance (for sprints) and produced pretty good winners.
Value Is EverythingSeptember 3, 2022 at 16:39 #1613231I was celebrating at the 2 furlong pole
Had the perfect draw, perfect pace to aim at, perfectly positioned by crowley and the gaps opened perfectly
Was my sprinter to follow for the season so that was satisfying
September 3, 2022 at 16:44 #1613233I’m expecting Minzaal to get a BHA performance rating in excess of 120 for this and that makes him a proper Group 1 horse in my book – well done, FF btw.

Was my sprinter to follow last season.
Did I back him today?
Answers on a postcard to the usual address.
September 3, 2022 at 17:16 #1613239He ran a big race in the de gheest being held up in a slowly run race
Can see him reversing that form with Highfield princess if they meet again if there is more pace to aim at
She is surely almost a certainty if she runs in Ireland over 5f next week if she continues to hold her form
