    Minzaal 11/2

    Sense of duty is injured
Highfield princess must be an unlikely runner

Minzaal was arguably unlucky in the maurice de gheest being held up in a race where they went a steady pace

    Big chance here imo

Sense Of Duty is out, but better horses are still in it.

I shall wait for Monday’s confirmed entries.

    Looks a weak renewal

Hoping for a big run from minzaal

Castle star is interesting but the 3yo sprinters don’t look much cop so far this season

Owen Burrows has some strike rate from few runners this year and more importantly you’d be well ahead backing his runners blind.

Minzaal is entitled to go well.

I just think the return to 6f will suit Naval Crown and Rohaan, the latter’s Wokingham win was a performance comparable to what the former did in the Platinum Jubilee on the same card.

With no alcohol free, Highfield princess or creative force

Naval crown and minzaal do look the stand outs to me

4 or 5 of the entries are also entered in a listed race at York on sunday

Minzaal has a lovely draw in 7 near naval crown in 5 and with art power in 1

Should get a lovely tow into the race

As will Kinross but you’d think he’d need rain to fall to make the race a stamina test at this trip

Emaraaty Ana for me at 7-1, but it’s a rather uninspiring line up, so it’s not one to go overboard with

I haven’t got a strong fancy but I thought Go Bears Go was a decent price at 11/1. Not a lot between him and Minzaal at Newbury, the 3 year old could improve past that and cheekpieces retained after a convincing win last time.
Amo racing will get that group 1 on the board soon enough.

    I’ve backed Rohaan ante-post at 16/1.

I’m hoping for a suicidal pace, a headwind and the jockey not to hit the front until 50 yards from the line – she’s a fine pilot (on anything other than a hard-pulling tank), but I don’t think Newbury was her ride of the season.

Emaraaty Ana looks like he is coming back to form at the right time and is a fair bet to make it back to back victories.
