Well Leeds we’re a revelation last night. Why have their results not been better this season you wonder!
Leaving my my more optimistic fancies aside this weekend ie. Brighton, Arsenal and Brom just one 5/2 ‘Double’ Chance suggestion from me (1.5 pt)
Fulham v Man Utd. BTTS. 12.30 shortly
(Two obviously vulnerable defences)Norwich Win v Blackburn
( Sunday’s ungodly 12 00 kick-off! Canary Panther Tank attack likely to roll over Rovers’ more delicate game – latter may not have fully recovered from chasing Chelsea around west London on Wednesday
Good luck with the Tractor Boys, Nathan. Strange how Brum’s form has collapsed after that solid performance against Brom.
November 11, 2023 at 13:50 #16700912/1 + Double Chance 1.5 pt
Saints v West Brom Over 2.5
Man City Win at Chelsea (Sun)
Today’s Championship match has an “intrinsically unstable” feel about it and looks as likely as any to produce goals. Citeh should prevail tomorrow against Citeh “Light” unless sending off occurs
9/4 + Alternative Double Chance (1/2 pt)
Cardiff v Norwich Under 2.5
Brighton – 1 H/c Win v Blades (Sun)
More speculatively after last week’s embarrassment Canaries will surely play a defensive game and try to leave Wales with no worse than a one or two goal defeat. Seagulls should be too tricky for Sheffield Utd.
Expecting Tigers and Owls to win as well
Good luck with any football bets this weekend
November 12, 2023 at 16:23 #1670253Chelsea vs Man City
1630 hoursthe bookies have gone mad.
Take advantage here
KYLE WALKER TO WIN
2+ AIRIEL DUELS
6/5
skybet
yes Chelsea beat Spurs last week but that was a spursy thing and Man City will likely bring them back down to earth.
remember spurs were in the lead after a few minutes yesterday too parked the bus and wallop as usual lost.
November 25, 2023 at 12:22 #16717023/1 + Treble Chance
2 Citeh goals v Pool
Newcastle v Chelsea Under 3.5
West Brom v Ipswich Over 2.5
Good Luck!
November 26, 2023 at 13:55 #1671928Yesterday’s blank showing and that magnificent Brom “save” almost enough to drive one back to the Pinball machine or even the GGs!
Spurs v Villa not the greatest rivalry in the world but their current league positions may add some spice and get an Overs Corner bet over the line. So need a cornucopia of 11 Corners chiefly from that wide Tottenham attack. Expecting goals like everyone else.
Everton have been confident and impressive of late but I fear they may be cruising for a bruising against Red Devils later. 1-3 could happen if they are as flat as Dyche’s Friday press conference on Friday. Blues should manage one at least though so BTTS is my modest venture here
That’s a 2/1 Double Chance
1pt given injuries and Euro matches
November 26, 2023 at 18:12 #1671994Man Utd to have one + shots between 85 mins and full time.84 mins gone.
15 mins 3/0 up very likely to have another shot here,@ 7/5November 29, 2023 at 19:21 #1672186If 1 were Rooney I’d tell my men to spend the 90 mins neutralising Blackburn Rovers tonight. Easier pickings at home at weekend.
Unders Goals & Corners 3/1 + Double Chance
1/2 pt interest bet only
November 29, 2023 at 21:48 #1672210I’ll have to offer my services to Mr Rooney. Sounds like they went into 2nd half overconfident after a good first half. Corner aspect of bet wasn’t very clever in hindsight.
December 2, 2023 at 12:20 #1672488A day most definitely for backing thoroughbred horses rather than thoroughbred footballers! Weather won’t make sit freezing on the fence like the RP and I’m going to give the nod to the furry Foxes to handle the harsh conditions best in the early kick off. Brom haven’t been playing the best opposition in recent weeks and got the Tractor Boys on an off day. Presume Leicester have a plan for the West Brom “Breakers” and can create havoc in the their creaking hen-shed at the back!
December 2, 2023 at 17:12 #1672524Everton would have been the value component in a weekend double if it wasn’t for a -2 degrees and a -5 wind chill in Nottingham. A week back in the Dyche boot camp and the players should have regained 100% sharpness after last weeks sluggishness and are set fair to prove they are now a mid-table outfit. Need to win this with tough upcoming fixtures. But don’t strike me as the most frost hardy specimens in the PL!
December 3, 2023 at 13:06 #1672594Sky matches don’t float my boat this afternoon.
Elsewhere Chelsea Win v Brighton and Over 2.5 goals appeals at 13/8 + (if they mix it like they did v Citeh)
For a larger payout at considerably higher risk add 11 + Corners between the Cherries and Villa and you can obtain well over 4/1
December 8, 2023 at 19:42 #1673072Tonight’s midland clash has potential to be one of the most entertaining of the weekend. Two sides which have a bit about them going forward in terms of variety but two teams also with suspect defences and distinctly average goalies IMO. Coventry lack confidence at home while Brum lack confidence away. Surely must spell goals! Brum have had a tougher November in terms of quality of opposition and are probably technically better in attack but can’t be trusted to win with that defence.
4/1+ Interest bet
2 Away Brum Goals and 10+ Corners
December 9, 2023 at 12:20 #1673178(Said Brum lacked confidence but that was ridiculous after a bright start – great one hand save by goalie to be fair to him)
Leeds must know they’ll have to puncture Rovers’ sails or face a goals lottery. Fancy them to up their game and prevail. Shame this honest looking encounter isn’t the Sky match.
May be just about safe to to follow the Canaries again on a wing and a prayer! Preston defence as unconvincing as their own.
Leeds/Norwich 2/1 + Double Chance
Norwich Win & BTTS @ 3/1 + is probably a better value bet!
Consider incorporating a Wednesday/Draw Double result at Stoke @ 4/5 if one of above doesn’t appeal. Wednesday’s position may not be as hopeless as it currently looks.
Good luck with any bets!
December 10, 2023 at 13:57 #1673372Chelsea to win match
Everton to win bookings I fear!5/1
Disappointing 1st half v Geordies during week.
December 12, 2023 at 12:40 #1673518Blackburn are worthy 1/1 money favs tonight against the Robins who are one of the more dour and workmanlike sides in the division. Rovers may not always be consistent but they usually bounce back after a reverse. (1pt)
It would be an amazing “training” feat for the Blackcats to take down the Lilywhites just three days after seeing off the Albion in a fairly gruelling affair. Fancy fatigue to be more of a factor here than any boost of confidence. Yorkshires finest can justify 5/4 favouritism to claim the feline scalps if they really want them! (1.5pt)
Blackburn/Leeds
100/30 Double Chance
December 16, 2023 at 11:52 #1674027(After seeing Leeds price spike out to 6/4 from 5/4 to 6/4 on Tuesday afternoon it came as little surprise that my confidence and trust was misplaced – Leeds attacking tactic seemed to me be – run man and ball into members of the opposition! So Leeds first team in several weeks to be banished to my “naughty steps” zone! Almost forgotten the others languishing there)
Yes 1 was thinking Ipswich -1 too like the RP and Nathan but you won’t turn a profit long term sadly with what look like obvious logical plays. I’ll just go for a simple Overs (2.5) in case Agricultural Norwich frustrate our Tractor Boys. Add 2 Away Toffee goals at Burnley (Can goals spree continue?) for a just under 5/2 Double Chance as far as the televised action is concerned.
December 16, 2023 at 14:14 #1674071A hunch bet may be best for 3pm Championship 3pm kick-offs
Bristol City / Draw Double Chance
Plymouth WIN v Rotherham13/8 Double Chance
Blackcats may find Ashton Gate pitch a tad big after two tough scraps so Robins may claim a point at least. Is that pitch as good as it looks on TV, Nathan?
Surely a good chance of goals at Southampton with Blackburn strikers as opposition. Will need to head for odds against 3.5 + for some value, though.
Just reviewing Plymouth Win and Everton 2 goals at under 5/2 is probably the shrewder bet of them all.
Good luck, guys.
