I’m not saying he’s no chance however at the top of the market he’s been he one in my eyes has the most questions to answer , I’ve the race well covered the main bet being Haiti , Haiti however may set the race up for an out and out stayer and thats where GDC and last year’s winner come in , I think of the younger generation the Pauling horse is the one , he was very impressive in fighting to win the KG , if he stays then he’s got a massive chance

I have enormous respect for Haiti Couleurs (look back through this thread and you’ll see that I was the first person to put him up), but conditions would have to be bottomless for him to grind the field into submission and the weather forecast is tilting against him.
If you watch this Gaelic makes no ground on FTF , in fact id argue he’s beginning to paddle , I’ll also go back and say they had Gaelic fit for the autumn , FTF was always being primed for March

Paul may well ride GDC for sentimental reasons… He has to say he is riding him at the moment because GDC is the only confirmed runner.

I know you like taking the proverbial (although you can’t take it back without crying to the mods), but that is utter drivel… even by your standards.
Yes, GDC is Mullins best Gold Cup horse of all time. Best GC horse since Kauto Star but that has little bearing on this years race, he can improve on his two outings this season but we all know Gold Cups take there toll on horses and GDC had a hard one last year.
