Mike The Cash Out King strikes again.

Who does he think he is fooling?

If he was just honest and put cashed out for half stake back we wouldn’t bat an eye lid

But backing 17 horses antepost in each race and cashing them all out bar the one that goes off fav is tiresome and frankly if this was my site he’d have been told to stop or be banned

Would any of you that have backed City of Troy have concerns after seeing the trials this afternoon, some real disappointments in there, I could not of backed illinois regardless or the winner, Defiance though did not run any kind of race, just did not pick up on the quick ground. It makes me want to have a few pennies more on City of Troy as I do not feel he has anything to fear at this present time.

I wouldn’t back him with monopoly money after the guineas run myself

“Frankly if this was my site he’d have been told to stop or be banned”.

Agree FF. It is a pity that one of the best posters on the forum gets banned because of an argument with the owner of the site – but this character appears to have a free rein to post rubbish about non existent antepost prices he has taken and impossible cash outs he has done.

It is strange that Mike has to tell us what price he backed the horse at… but can not tell us what price he’s cashed out at.

Sometimes I will change my mind after backing something, but will always say what price and where I cashed out / laid some back. It’s not difficult.

It is effectively impossible to cancel a bet unless it is cashed out at exactly the same price as when backing the horse… And yet when Mike “cashes out” the horse has pretty much always disappointed and lengthened in price.

I would not like to see Mike banned for this, but it is daft allowing it.

That’s the point, Ginger. By the way Mike posts he is implying he has cashed out for a profit after the horse he has backed has just been stuffed.

Who does he think he is fooling? As FF says, it is tiresome.

I thought Ambiente Friendly won well at Lingfield. I expect he will need to improve again but he is entitled to do so and he might have a chance in what looks like an open year (unless something wins the Dante by half the track).

The 12/1 quoted by Ladbrokes after the race by Ladbrokes was not unreasonable and I didn’t mind taking that. I have 9/2 against City Of Troy as well but I don’t hold out much hope for that bet.

I was just pointing out I have cashed in (or out) as I don’t fancy the horse for the race any more.
I may or may not get all my stake back, it depends on the market movement at the time. For example today was showing the same when i clicked on the button, the other day when Rubies Are Red got beat and I clicked on the button it was less.

No i don’t. If a select few want to make such assumptions on a forum that is entirely up to them, doesn’t mean that those assumptions are correct.

Why would you tell everyone if you have cashed out for a huge loss?

Mike, you should address Ginger’s point. You are very happy to tell everyone what price you have allegedly got on at. But you never say what price you cashed out at. Why?

The main thing is that I don’t fancy the horse any more and i have cashed in (or out) accordingly. As long as people are aware that it will be at a loss at times then it’s all cool. Some people might be comfortable to disclose their losses (and profits) on a forum in a bit more detail and that is perfectly fine, but some may not and that is perfectly fine as well.

You don’t need to disclose losses (or profits), Mike.
Just say at what price you’ve cashed out at.
You tell people at what price you’ve backed them. Just do the same with the cashing out and we’ll all be happy. :good:

Sorry Mike but that is rubbish. You never tell us your stakes (that’s OK). That means there is no reason why you cannot tell us what price you have cashed out at. No one would have any idea about your total loss.

We all know you cashed out Illinois for a loss, Mike. You told us you backed him at 16/1. You just forgot to tell us what price you “cashed out” at. ;-)

Saying “cash out” sounds like you are making a profit. When in fact, you laid him back for a bigger price than you backed him at (he is generally a 25/1 chance now).

I don’t care about you making a loss. There is no shame in that. Just say so.
