Happy that Pieters placed and well done on Pailsey and Levy to but hope we can get outright winners am gutted when you think Grace,Pieters and A Cook all led on last day none of them win it so gutted but bets coming up now this week.
January 23, 2018 at 11:59 #1338739Start with Dubai desert classic bets
HENRIK STENSON 12/1
Winner here in 2007 and was 2nd last year behind Garcia he loves it here sort of course he loves and he really enjoy playing on courses in this part of world has strong record in DP Tour championship to.And for me big danger to Rory
TYRRELL HATTON 25/1
Got max points at Eurasia cup along with Fleetwood only player to do that. And was slow starter last week but improve each day.He has fine record been 4th and 8th last 2 years and can make bigger impact this week
RAFA CABREA BELLO 30/1
Loves it here a winner in 2012 and loves these desert style courses was also 2nd in 2016 by a shot behind Willet and return to a venue he adores can go well again here
ALEXANDER BJORK 200/1
Look at recent years and sweedes do well here Noren been 2nd and Stenson loves it to so for me Bjork can go well here this type of layout be ok and of big prices he one i like
January 23, 2018 at 12:08 #1338742Bets for farmers insuarance open
JASON DAY 22/1
Winner here in 2015 won a 4man playoff which was best year of carear has had problems since and while this be 1st event of season for don’t expect him to be rusty as this a big event and take it very serious and think can return to winning ways.
OLLIE SCHNIEDERJANS 55/1
Was 9th here last year that was good performance by him and for me like Austin Cook he one of many rising stars who breakout this year.Type of venue suit him as well.
SI WOO KIM 100/1
Was 17th here in 2016 when you look at leaderboards over the years asian players do well must be something in that. And Kim who a super talent can go well here
HARRIS ENGLISH 110/1
Been 2nd here and also lost a playoff to Day here to and last week at carear builder challenge he found some form again and we know he acts around here no reason why can’t go well again at course he likes.
BEAU HOSSLER 150/1
One of rising stars on tour he started off well here 12 months but faded but he in better place and this kid got a great putting stroke and drives it well to expect him to go well
Good luck Raymo and BigG this week lets hope one of us can get outright winners

January 24, 2018 at 12:22 #1338882Dubai Desert Classic
DYLAN FRITTELLI 50/1 (55/1 1st round leader)
He’s a golfer I’ve always thought could be regular winner on the tour,
he did me well in the Lyoness Open last year, and he showed his game was
still up there when he won the Mauritius Open last month. He was going well
last week in the Abu Dhabi, but a finishing round of 74 let him down a bit.
Nonetheless, he still had a top 20 finish. I think he wont be far away here.CHRIS PAISLEY 80/1 (66/1 1st round leader)
If it aint broken, don’t try to fix it. So I’m sticking with Paisley again this
week after his T5 last week at 150/1 in the Abu Dhabi. As I mentioned last week,
I thought that he had found something that was previously missing when he won the
South African Open. He was solid last week and I think that the confidence his win
in SA has given him is raising his game to a new level for him. He’s terrific value
at 80/1 with Betfred, and he’s very capable of shooting a low 1st round. He’s my
main hope in this.I’ll stick my Farmers bets up later
January 25, 2018 at 23:16 #1339061Farmers Insurance Open
Justin Rose 16/1 (22/1 1st round leader)
I’ve was out for most of the day earlier, and before I disappeared out I
hurriedly stuck on Rose. I took 16s outright and Paddy Power were only firm
I could find that were offering 1st round betting, no doubt because the 1st
round is played over 2 courses. He’s finished his round at 3 under, which puts
him 3 off the lead in joint 12th. My first round bet is down but at least I
managed to save a few points as he is 12/1 now. He finished strongly at the tail
end of last year, so I hope he can carry on in the same vein. He’s the only bet I had time to stick on, I’ll have another at the halfway stage
if he isn’t in contention after round 2.I’m glad to see that Chris Paisley has carried on playing good golf. He finished T5
after his 1st round, so I got some e/w. I’m a bit peeved that he bogied his last hole
as I’d have got more if he was T4th. Because he was tied 5th with 5 others, and the e/w
covered 6 places, I lost more than half my bet. However it was a win, and he’s still
bang in there, so I’m hopeful
Raymo, you had a good day with Finau who’s joint leader in the Farmers, and Darren you’ve
got off to a great start with Hatton and Bjork at 8 and 7 under. Hopefully one of us can bag
the winner this week
January 27, 2018 at 00:28 #1339269Should have backed him to be first round leader G !!
To be honest I never have that bet but hey ho!!
I just hope he is still there on Sunday night !!
January 27, 2018 at 18:23 #1339481Raymo you in there with chance with Levy in Dubai my bets i need to be placed don’t see them winning
And BigG what your views on final day in dubai
And farmers to nice to see Day improve i think he be big factor if keep it up expect Palmer to come back to field i do.Rahm and Day may fight it out.Raymo good luck with Finau he doing good for you
January 28, 2018 at 12:20 #1339579Sorry I missed you post Darren, the Dubnai Desert Classic is all but finished,
it looks like it will be fought out by McIlroy and Haotong who are both at 21
under with 3 to go. Your man Hatton looks like he might just miss out Darren,
he had a blinder of a round and he’s finished at 20 under. If the front 2 slip
up he’s right back in the mix. I think it’s maybe asking a lot for McIlroy in
particular to foul up, especially with the easy par 5 18th. He’s still nice
enough e/w at 20/1 Darren, I’ll watch and see if how it plays out.Raymo, you and I should be quite happy with your Levy finishing in 3rd at 50/1
and my man Chris Paisley has done me proud again, it looks like he will finish
5th at 80/1, I wonder when the bookies will realise this guy is a really good
golfer.Best of luck Darren and I hope there might be a slip up and you could squeeze in
there with Hatton
January 28, 2018 at 12:25 #1339580Would you Adam and Eve it
McIlroy has dropped a shot and is level
with your man Hatton Darron. Just Haotong in front of you now Darren, I’m
hoping he slips up and just maybe you can get into a play off. I’m rooting
for you mate
January 28, 2018 at 13:15 #1339588Oh well, it was only a short blip, and then McIlroy and Haotong pulled away again.
I think McIlroy was trading about 1/6 at one point, but his bogey at the 16th
sealed his fate as they both birdied the last 2.Not to worry, no winner in Dubai, but we all got a decent return

In tonight’s final round in the Farmers, we are all in there with some sort of
chance. Darren you have Hossler and Day, Raymo you have Finau, and I have Rose
(not bad for 1 pick) and we are all at 8 under, 3 off the lead. If Noren and
Palmer falter, any one of us could get that elusive win this year
January 28, 2018 at 16:18 #1339607Afternoon all….some very good shouts on here for these early season golf events, great to see.
Noren 7/2 jolly going into the final round,5 shots covering top 24 players.on a decent course, mentioned a little wind on yesterdays broadcast for today, would not need a lot to really toughen scoring up,that would make it interesting.
C T Pan and JJ Spaun carrying my flag, win only on the machine,so a chance to lay possibly, before nosebleeds etc, should be entertaining whatever outcome.
Keep an eye out on your selections, one of you deserves a little change in fortune in the win department.

January 28, 2018 at 18:44 #1339618Happy with Levy getting placed again and also happy we all got one placed!!
Tonight is going to be interesting I just hope one of us cops the winner!!
Good Luck Guys and Fingers Crossed
January 28, 2018 at 19:45 #1339624Hi Flyers Nap, good to see another voice in Darren’s thread and good luck
with your guys
We’re off an running, and only a few holes played by our guys, at this time it
looks like Day is the only one to get under par for his round. He’s only 1 off
the lead, but with bogies all over the place I think we all still have a shout.
Good luck guys
January 28, 2018 at 20:03 #1339627As I only had the one guy in this, and Rose isn’t really threatening (at this time)
so I’ve stuck 30 quid on Finau at 17/2 with Betfred. He’s doing a bit better than
Rose just 2 off the lead.January 28, 2018 at 20:11 #1339629I see by the time I’d posted above, that Finau picked up a birdie an is
now between 7/2 and 9/2. I know Darren and Raymo know I don’t tell porky
pies, but just in case anyone else tuning in here thinks my timing was a
bit suspect ………..1/28/2018 7:56:49 PM 258/
