My words have come back to haunt me Darren……

“Good luck Darren, I fear Branden Grace the most, he looks a top top player. I would
go for him, but 13/2 is a bit short for me before a ball is struck. Having said that,
I could well be eating my words come Sunday, and the 13/2 could look huge.”

Well I am eating my words, he looks a nailed on winner. I’ll be shouting him on for you :good:

In the Sony Open, both your guys are well in there and as you say Kisner can hit low rounds.
My man Cameron Smith is just 1 behind Kisner, and again as you know he’s a guy that can shoot
in the low 60s, but he’ll need to if he’s to have any chance. Leishman is one behind Smith, so
he’s going to have to have the round of his life if he’s to be in with any kind of a shout come
    Sunday.

I reckon you are all but home and hosed with Grace, our guys in the Sony have a bit more to do :good:

Absolutely pig sick for you Darren, and Grace couldn’t have started any better for you with
birdie eagle. He was odds on at that point and it looked like he would run away with it. I
suppose you have to hand some credit to Chris Paisley, he was solid throughout with 6 birdies
and not a bogey in sight. He really surprised me as he hadn’t won anything, on any tour, for 5
    years.

We’ll just have to hope we can have a change of luck tonight. Your man Schneiderjans is 4 off
the lead and my man Smith is one behind him. We need a terrific round from either, and hope
that the leaders don’t pull away. Good luck :good:

Was gutted as well BigG on Grace but other lad did play well in the end he did

Shame Schniederjans not able to win also and if you were on Hahn you been in hospital by now no idea how you would of cope with a 6 hole playoff

And our pal Raymo back this week and get his patter as you would say

    Bets coming up now

    Abu Dhabi championship

    DUSTIN JOHNSON 5/1

For me be like when Fowler won here in 2016 more on that on 2nd bet.But DJ is flying won easy at Tournament of champions also was close to winning here on debut. So that experiance from last year be big help to him this week.Think man to beat here

    THOMAS PIETERS 55/1

When Fowler won here the man gave him much to think about was Pieters miss eagle putt at last but this track suit him very well.No doubt at end of year lost form but after a rest got winning point in Eurasia cup.Should be in more postive mindset this week

    BERND WEISBERGER 40/1

While not one of the best players at eurasia cup last week will taken the rust off and can come into this week to a venue he adores worry with him is will putts drop enough on weekend. That not worry me think go well here i do.

    DEAN BURMESTER 100/1

Big hitting player from South Africa did well here last year was 7th and can take to this course again this weekend.Did well at DP Tour championship to so loves this part of the world

    RENATO PARATORE 200/1

Though not shown form here at this course for me only a matter of time before makes a impact here.He come on the back of finish well on sunday in SA Open and won 1st title last year as well.So off big prices think do good

    Carear builder challenge bets

    BRIAN HARMAN 16/1

Been in flying form in last 5 events he been in form figures are 5,8,4,3,4 and got another good chance this week where he was 3rd in this event last year as well.

    AUSTIN COOK 60/1

This young prospect a player i expect big things from this year already a winner on tour won RSM Classic and no reason why not take a shine to layouts this week and see him going well.

    WEBB SIMPSON 25/1

Loves these events where all about getting birdies and closed the week well in the sony open was 7th here in 2016 and getting close to another win no win since 2014.But way he playing that change soon.

    SEAN O’HAIR 150/1

When you think won a John dere classic and been 2nd in dean and deluca you think that a event all about getting birdies like this week suit him.But untill last year when was 9th best effort here.So expect him now to build on that effort.MC in sony open but been rusty so those 2 days will get him sharper this week.

    WHEE KIM 200/1

Was 17th here last year and then as season went on got 2nd at Fed ex st jude classic. And end of season was 4th in CJ Cup behind Justin Thomas. So has fine form and suprise a few this week.

Good luck to Raymo and BigG this week.

Well here we go for the start of my golf season. I must admit I looked at DJ in Abu Dhabi but he is too short for me!!

    ABU DHABI HSBC CHAMPS

    B DECHAMBEAU 80/1

    T HATTON 25/1

    A LEVY 125/1

    N ELVIRA 175/1

    CAREER BUILDER CHALLENGE

    R GARRIGUS 200/1

    B STEELE 33/1

    C REAVIE 33/1

    S PIERCY

Career Builder looks quite a weak event to me and wont take a lot of winning Rahm looks outstanding but as per my normal is too short for me at 9/1 which means he will probably win easy!!

    Good Luck Guys :good: :good:

Great to see you back Raymo :yahoo:

    CareerBuilder Challenge

BRIAN HARMAN 16/1 (11/1 1st round leader at La Quinta)

I’ve got to go with you on this one Darren, he surely has a win coming his way soon.
He’s done everything bar win, but he’s in top form and with his 3rd in this last he
    clearly goes well here.

    C.T. PAN 125/1 7 places Skybet

He’s had a bit of a break since the RSM Classic last November, where he was in quite
good form finishing T13. He didn’t make the cut in this after the 3rd round last year,
he had a pretty awful 78 in the 3rd round, but he came out in the next tournament, the
Farmers, and finished 2nd. I’m hoping he can find that form a week earlier this year.
He’s a risky proposition, but at 125/1 he’s maybe worth a chance. It seems that it’s only
La Quinta where they are offering 1st round betting, so there’s nothing for Pan in that
    market.

I’ll put my Abu Dhabi bets a little later :good:

Fell asleep, so as it’s 2.20am I’ll just post my 2, I’m too bloody
    tired to explain why

TYRRELL HATTON 25/1 (40/1 1st round leader market)

CHRIS PAISLEY 150/1 (100/1 1st round leader market)
(I hope he keeps his wife on the bag)

I’m awake now, so thought I’d add a little to above. Tyrrell Hatten doesn’t need much
explanation, he’s a great player when he’s playing well and although he’s had a bit of
a break I think that 25/1 is overly generous.

Chris Paisley was a late starter, he didn’t turn pro until he was 24. He’s been a bit up
and down, but the way he won the South African open was like someone who had found something
in their game. Particularly the way he held his nerve and won with a final round 66. I’m amazed
I got him at 150/1, I think he’s great value here. I don’t think he will turn out to be a one hit
    wonder.

Nice to have the 3 of us back in the race, good luck guys :good:

As you know Darren, Pieters has been a favourite of mine for some time, he made me
a bundle in the Ryder Cup. I think if he plays to his best he could win this. You
had bad luck with Grace last week, let’s hope Pieters can go one better. I’m hoping
that Chris Paisley can stay in the hunt too, I think it’s maybe asking too much for
him to come from 3 behind but I’b be very happy if he could stay in the place money.
I think he’s played really well :good:

Pieters Paisley and Levy all placed. :good: :good:
At least we got some back guys.

In the US tonight I see my man Piercy has a chance of a place so I have my fingers crossed.

But Darren you looking good with Cook too!!

    Good Luck :good: :good:

Bad luck with Pieters Darren, he was the most fancied of our bets going into the
last round, but e/w 55/1 isn’t to be sniffed at. I’m pretty sure that Raymo and
myself would have settled for our e/w bets at the start of the round, 125/1 and
150/1 are a nice return. Well done to us, lets hope it’s the start of a good run
    for us all :good:

My 2 in the CareerBuilder Challenge are nowhere, so I’m having an in-play go
on Brandon Harkins at 12/1. He’s 2 under after 7, and 1 off the triple lead.
One of those is three leaders is your man Piercy Raymo, he’s doing you proud
2 under after 7 holes at 19 under. Good luck with him :good:

Not so good for your man Cook Darren, he’s got off to a bit of a shocker at
3 over after 6 holes, he’s going to have to change that pretty quickly if he’s
to take a hand in this, but good luck anyway :good:
