March 15, 2025 at 20:37 #1724175I’ve followed Angels Breath ever since his early days at Nicky Hendersons and was annoyed with myself for not backing him when he won a couple of races ago. Was so worried seeing him pulling up so quickly. Let’s hope his treatment works and he has a long and happy retirement.

In a post on X, Gordon Elliott wrote: “Happy retirement to Galvin. After a very successful career, which included winning the Grade 1 Savills Chase and a second in the American National, Galvin will enjoy his retirement with his owner Ronnie Bartlett. Thanks for the memories Galvin.”March 27, 2025 at 18:40 #1724917Langer Dan retired due to a heart problem

April 21, 2025 at 17:52 #1727908Any Second Now announced as having been retired by Ted Walsh on ITV Racing.
His second place aged 13 in today’s Irish National was another marvellous performance. Not many horses can have been placed twice in both the Aintree and Irish Nationals
Wishing him a long and happy retirement.
April 21, 2025 at 18:23 #1727920Brilliant stuff, brilliant horse. Glad to see him retire in one piece. Not bad to be a runner-up in an Irish GN at 12 and 13.
All the best to him and well done to JP and connections for taking this decision and keeping him sound for TEN SEASONS!!!!
April 21, 2025 at 22:02 #1727945Great performance today and great to see this one go out in good health.
April 21, 2025 at 22:15 #1727946What a fabulous horse, gracious words from Ted Walsh too.
